Why has dcl left or been sent home? Anybody know?

Because he didn't score that 1 chance, and was already lower down the pecking order to make the decision easier.

I don't rate him, as you all know, but if that is true, and I think it is. That's bad. Poor man management, etc. Why bother picking him in the first place? Surely, Tucks could see from his last 10 games he is woeful. Got a good England manager there, lol.

It was known when the squad was announced that extras were included so others could rest for the Uruguay games, due to the minutes they have played this season.

It was also so Tuchel could have a better look at DCL. He wasn't sent home because he missed a chance, and I'm sure that he showed enough to be in with a chance of going to the WC, should the opportunity open up.

Latest reports suggest that it was agreed at the time of call-up that he would return after the first friendly. Possibly, an agreement between the club and Tuchel.
