According to Ekrem Konur, Leeds United are keen on West Ham defender Konstantinos Mavropanos. Fee would be around £30m.

He's right footed, I think. We need a CB who's left footed, or at least highly two footed / competent playing on their unnatural side.

£30m? He's valued at EUR18m. As mentioned, we need a left footed cb, Tarik being the guy. I could see Mavrapanos being a replacement for Bornauw, who seems to be heading out the door.

Spot on AW, he'd be a good addition to the squad, but not at £30M. If it's felt we need another CB, I'd make it clear to them that £15M is our absolute max offer.

Take it or leave it. It's most unlikely he'll be playing for Wet Sham next season cos he won't want to play in the Champo, and they need the money, so play hardball with them.
