When ever is the right time to blood youth, i dunno. But given our offensive struggles would it not make sense to bring players like Njinko and Mills into the first team squad scenario. Not saying play them straight away, just begin the transition by giving them matchday experience, otherwise what is the point cultivating young talent? They have to be introduced at some point to develop surely?

Our academy is a waste of space while Farke is in charge.

Yeah JB, he professes to be youth positive, but i am yet to see the evidence! Yet our youth set up is held as an example? I think DF is very loathe to take a risk ehich makes no sense at all, the benefits of producing our very own talent at minimal cost could be huge, just do it! If they never get a chance they will leave and others will think, whats the point, dont go there!

Farke wouldn't even risk calling on a double headed coin!

Feels like peeps previously pro Farke are understandably losing patience with him, his team selections, game management, risk aversion and lack of faith in youth talent.

In fairness Harry Gray was as promising as we had lately and he's not exactly over performing in League 1 so we can't expect them to step upbso I get why he wouldn't take the risk.
