That is just ridiculous. Sorry. Hope he bags a s*** load of goals for us remainder of the season, but why? He has forgotten what a goal is. Can't even score a penalty.

I don't get football anymore. 10 yrs ago, pace was introduced as the lethal attack. He is slow and can't score. Oh well. If we can get a pie and chips for him. I'm happy.

Well done Calvert Lewin, totally deserves the call up, and good luck to him in securing his place in the England team in this World Cup.
Don't understand why anyone wouldn't think he deserves the chance?

Also, Piroe was named in the Suriname squad after switching allegiance from Holland. One of his teammates there will be Jay-Roy Grot - remember him!

Pleased for Piroe. He hasn't got much game time this season so getting picked will give him a lift. Grot was an interesting player. Lots of potential back then.

I agree on that one, Aus! Grot had lots of potential, but has only ever really shown it in glimpses. Him and JP could shoot Suriname to the World Cup!!

I would like to underline that if it wasn't for the slow runner and penalty misser Calvert Lewin's goals this season, we'd definitely be relegated.

I don't think Harry Kane is particularly fast at running, so I wouldn't know what that's got to do with scoring goals either?
