Always concerns me how long Leeds take with medicals and formalities. Some clubs do it all in about 20 minutes. We have always taken days if not weeks!

He's on holiday till 8th August.
I should imagine he'll be playing in the Man U game on the 12th August.
It'll be another week before he signs on the dotted line for Leeds.

Where on holiday, opti? Think modern technology, like fax, and enough money for Concorde, could get him in and out for a signature. Unless he chose the land down under for a barbie.

I think they have learned their lesson about signing players 'blind'. Perhaps signed subject to a medical, which can't be done over email.. yet!

It's clear that JT is away on holiday. The deal is all but done (medical) . I'd expect he has agreed everything, and will do his medical once he returns from his holiday.

Stop panicking. It's senseless him travelling, possibly halfway around the world for 24hr, to then go back to his holiday. Exactly the same as Wilson did.
