Trafford is a proper signing, delighted with that. I read on a different site that his wages are 175k a week, surely that can't be the case?

I guess this is the price you pay to attract the ones you want.

Let's hope he gets a fair chance; he's a young guy and he's going to be under pressure from the get go.

So far, three really good signings and you can see a clear strategy in dealing with the shortcomings of last season.

I see these three signings being about first team strength; those to follow (we hope) will be about adding depth to the squad.

Setting aside everyone clamouring for more signings, the starting 11, when all are fit, look really decent and dare I say, pretty competitive. The subs bench isn't bad either.
