Dougie whereas 1980s music is the best imo.

1980s movies not so much imo. other decades better

But these 3 are my faves of the 80s

1) PREDATOR

( Arnies best performance, very tense build up to superb higly memorable ingenious face off final act; the film of the 1980s I have watched the most)

2) ALIENS 2

(strong very entertaining sequel almost as good as Alien . Sigourney Weaver splendid again ) .

watching both Alien films in cinema to get best atmosphere is/ was essential

3) THE UNTOUCHABLES

( uber impressive performances from Connery, De Niro and Costner . rousing very memorable instrumental score too) .

Any chance Ed’s all of bazookas posts go straight to the graveyard discussions?
How can any man put The Untouchables in their top 3 with De Niro n Costner putting in their worst performances ever?

Ghostbusters. Who are you going to call?

Time bandits. Gilliams flawed masterpiece.

Pythons meaning of life. Would sir like a wafer thin mint?

Bill and Ted's excellent adventure. Most bodacious dudes.
