Woke up at 7am on my bday as visiting the States to watch some of the worst refereeing I've seen this season.

To be as objective as possible if you want to give Gudmundsson a second yellow there eh, fine. I guess. It's soft but a foul. But you absolutely have to give the same decision on the Johnson one. Either both are second yellows or neither are.

The over the top celebration by the Palace player for the Gudmundsson yellow and the blatant attempt to get Bijol sent off shortly before I wasn't impressed with either.



DCL has flattered to deceive in recent games and that pen was atrocious. Hope he can get back. He looked a hair later to everything today too on his runs. Worst player on the pitch. Very impressed with Rodon and Stach in particular, but the whole defence dug in.

Rodon was immense and back to his best today.
Palace are a poor team, going by today, and we should be winning these games. The thing is I'm not sure we would have won even with eleven players on the field.
Still, we roll on to Brentford, and hopefully three points.

Lack of goals is so concerning.
Ref decisions aside, we just are so impotent up top at a time when we desperately need wins.

It will go close to the last day before this is finalised.


Sunderland's slide has seemingly gone unnoticed by a lot of media gurus.

Big budget aside, they ain't that far from us.
C'mon boys, 1 last big push for a points grab will see us safe.

Chris, Sunderland have been so poor this year, yet they are safe from relegation. We are a better team than them, and outplayed them twice, yet got only one point. They know how to hold on to leads in games, whereas we are the worse team for conceding late goals and dropping points.

Agree, Chris. The lack of goals will be our undoing if we go down. We must turn this issue around against Brentford.
