So it's been almost two weeks since the announcement of terms being agreed to. Where the heck is he.

Last WC game for Eng was July 18th, so he is given 3 weeks off from then (8th August) at least (may be date they return home?) .
Maybe deal is signed subject to medical, but he's actually taking a vacation before he does that (Muharemovic came for his mid vacation) .


I don't blame him for taking an actual break (of course I will if he doesn't end up coming) .

A story doing the rounds today is that he has been training alone at an athletics track in Carlisle. Citeh manager said yesterday that he is still their player, and some of their fans today are wanting him to stay after a ropey performance by whoever they had in goal yesterday.

There have been a lot of critical comments from Man City fans for a few weeks about selling Trafford, but it looks like they're signing someone from Marseille, so I suspect he will arrive sometime over the next few days.


He's from Cockermouth, 35 minutes from Carlisle, so if he was training there it wouldn't be a surprise. He seems to come back to Cumbria on a regular basis.

That's correct, Dunelm. The story came from an Instagram post Trafford made of said athletics track, where Carlisle often train as well.
