What on earth Leeds want a panel to look at DCL goal that's was not awarded to him this can't be a good thing in the long run and really doesn't matter or is he so pernickety Bogle got it.

Strikers are fierce Whitey and confidence is everything it was a towering header from DCL which inadvertently hit Bogle on the way in plus Bogle has readily admitted he didn't feel anything and doesn't believe it's his goal, so you can see DCL”s point plus the potential wider benefits here.

Also when you equate his England chances the more goals he racks up it becomes difficult for him to be ignored.
I believe DCL would love the opportunity to play for his country.
I don't think it's for goal bonuses, these guys are so rich already.

Thank you both for that. I wouldn't have thought its was for goal bonuses, as for playing for England that has flown for him I think but you never know.

It will be for stats I imagine and a potential golden boot / top scorer if that is possible. Plus TBF DCL did so all the work - Bogle's alleged touch didn't alter the course of the ball or have any significant impact on the goal imo so DCL deserves it.

Had that ball brushed a defenders head rather than Bogle's, it would not have been an own goal. It could be said that every hand a goalie got on a shot that went in would be an own goal if that was the "rule"

It was definitely DCL's goal in my opinion.
