I'm waiting for the club accounts to come out at the end of the tax year. Should explain a lot, I'm guessing.

yes Brighty those accounts will no doubt indicate some financial losses from c.v. ( £20 million loss from 20 EPL matches last season ) so with this and any other losses possibly why less funds been spent on transfers this season

however those accounts losses won't really be a factor to explain the reasons/ mistakes for VO/ MB/ AR wasting actual considerable transfer money on players who have not really performed and were not needed as much as a CAM and CM etc.

The 50 mil wr had invested by the 49ers will surely cover any c.v. losses, while record TV, sponsorship, shirt sales and prize money revenue should have been available to invest. Shame we won't be able to see how much the board took out in bonuses.
