Blimey Charlie, Kamara has finally signed a 4 year deal. It’s been a busy day.
Maybe another addition tomorrow, hopefully a LB, but that seems unlikely, but let’s see.
I think as a whole, this has been the most productive transfer window I can remember for some time.
If we can keep Sini, Willy and Jimmy and maybe add another forward, I think we’ve got a right squad! Feeling far happier than a few weeks back.

Reports this morning are that Leeds are prepared to let Joffy go out on loan for the rest of the season.
I know he hasn’t had much of an impact this season and will be great for him to get games and goals, but hopefully shows that there is another striker due in Jan? Here’s hoping so!

A loan at the start of the season would’ve been the best thing, had we landed the right striker then. He needs a full season of regular football to help him fulfill his talent. I’m sure time away would see us getting back a much stronger and capable player. He does have it in him imo.

Good point, Chris, I still think their (Citehs) time will come, Chris. I mean, they practically run the EPL, so it's going to be very slow, but what goes around generally comes back around, no matter how much money you have.
But the EPL board are cheats themselves in that there's a closed shop for the top six teams, and I, for one, truly wished that the Euro League had gone through, when football would have been returned to its true supporters once more.

He hasn't been tho, has he. Been clattered plenty, put himself about, linked up well with others, few goid crosses, getting into good positions. When DJ is fit BA won't start, and you'll get your wish, so just support the lad.
Don't get me wrong, he needs to be out when we have better and fitter options, but we don't!

Last game will be great, it will secure our qualification for Europe and send Palace down to the Champo on their own turf ! Awesome.
I'm quite liking our fixtures, we don't have any particular nightmare months, fairly evenly spread. December is probably the biggest challenge.

Great point, OP.
I definitely wanted Daniel Farke to start the season as our manager, and he thoroughly deserved that chance based on last season.
I did, however, want a change in January when we were woeful and losing every week, but then came that monumental game against Citeh, where Farke adapted and changed his approach, changed the formation, and played to the players' strengths.
Since then, we have looked every inch a very good Premier League team with minimal resources, so I applaud the board for sticking with Farke (unless it was just about money) , and applaud the team and Farke for achieving safety with 3 games to go, and playing some fantastic football along the way.

If we win 4-0 tonight, we go 13th! What?
Hopefully the 49’s now invest some serious money into the team to ensure my blood pressure remains in a healthy position! Europe next.
It’s a nice feeling having such a relaxed end to the season for once!
