So we are in for Tanaka now, don't know much about him, but we were linked with him last year too. Be a great song on the terraces AO, Let's Go, and maybe a good position to get some more advertising revenue from the popular electrical retailer.
1.) 28 Aug 2024 21:37:49
That song is a reason not to sign him.
2.) 28 Aug 2024 22:52:03
What's wrong with the song ER?
3.) 29 Aug 2024 01:28:25
Get him in. He's quality and just what we need. Do it. Do it now.
4.) 29 Aug 2024 09:47:37
ER not a Ramones fan I guess.

Leeds' month-long wait for a transfer is set to be concluded with an agreement in place with Almería for their winger Largie Ramazani.
The 23-year-old managed eight La Liga goals last season for his side despite their relegation, including a stunning first-minute strike at the Santiago Bernabeu.
1.) 21 Aug 2024 20:45:46
And a five match ban at the end of the season!
Not a bad signing.
15 Aug 2024 00:56:55
It just keeps getting better, Rutters release clause has been triggered, 40 mil. What's with these clauses, got more than home alone.
1.) 15 Aug 2024 03:01:45
Does that mean he's gone? ?.
2.) 15 Aug 2024 06:33:58
If he wants the move then yes he will be off.
3.) 15 Aug 2024 09:40:16
He has indicated that he wants the move. ???.
4.) 15 Aug 2024 09:49:18
I guess the rumours of Gnonto leaving on the last day were wrong and it was Rutter instead?
5.) 15 Aug 2024 10:16:51
Terms agreed - medical in next 72 hrs.
6.) 15 Aug 2024 12:57:46
Gnonto may well still leave - there are a number of clubs monitoring him including some large clubs overseas.
31 Jul 2024 14:43:38
Ryan Kent talk apparently, prefer Roy Kent if you have watched Ted Lasso.
1.) 31 Jul 2024 15:24:33
Rumoured to have made a £2.5M bid for him.
2.) 31 Jul 2024 17:05:38
Please, no!
3.) 31 Jul 2024 18:57:33
No chance!
4.) 31 Jul 2024 22:04:27
Prefer Clark Kent.
5.) 01 Aug 2024 07:37:47
I’d prefer rabies.

Ticket news in, unless you have attended 9 games thus year not ticket, even though you have a membership counts for nothing.

Now the dust has settled after a very good point last night, does anyone else think the first goal could have been avoided?
I've watched it a few times and I think Darlow hesitated and didn't commit to coming out and sliding to the ball., had he rushed out and slid to the ball.
I don't want to dampen a great point, but both goals IMO could have been totally avoided.
But we'll done lads.
1.) 11 Feb 2026 06:27:37
Said same in match chat Dougie
He had a poor game last night for sure
Just so happy we got such a crucial point.
2.) 11 Feb 2026 07:11:36
Agree Chris. Very happy with a point. Even though it was a poor performance. We were outplayed for 80% of the game. But to be expected For once early subs and they worked. The boys hung on to the draw. Well done.
3.) 11 Feb 2026 08:17:47
Think your been over critical on the lad . John Newsome said the same on Radio Leeds but he also said you've only got a nano second to react!
4.) 11 Feb 2026 08:43:57
A few of us watching thought Darlow hesitated, as has Perri on a couple of occasions. As good as Chelsea were, the penalty they got was a total brain fart by Bijol. At the end of the day, a great unexpected point. On to Brum now, let's also get a Cup run going with a win.
5.) 11 Feb 2026 08:57:19
Their 1st was a good goal from a good player. Maybe if he'd been marked by a quicker player than Bornauw it could"ve been stopped but sometimes you just have to say well done to them. 2nd was a totally avoidable mistake by Bijol. Subs were timely and correct and when we went from 5;3:2 to 4:4:2 it was a different game, ok they were still a threat, but not able to come forward in such numbers, and we took full advantage of the few chances we created.
Oh, and Estevao should've seen red for his atrocious 'tackle' on Rodon.
6.) 11 Feb 2026 09:31:16
Not sure about 1st goal avoidable but the penalty from Bijol certainly was, I’d be focussing on that . Awful play from him Z infuriating.
7.) 11 Feb 2026 09:34:40
100 all that jr.

I bought hospitality tickets for me and my son for his birthday for the game on the 21st March, including train tickets. The journey is 4 hours by train, I thought I boxed clever and booked a really early one just in case it got moved to 12.00 o clock kick off, and they have decided to move it to 8pm.
How can this be ok, i'm so pixxed off, bloody sky once again.
1.) 29 Jan 2026 08:31:41
That's not even the worst example either! On the positive side you have another 8 hours to enjoy the beautiful city of Leeds! There are plenty of things to do in and around the city to pass the time.
2.) 29 Jan 2026 08:46:12
Btw Sky don't care about fans who go to the games - they would happily replace everyone in the stadium with subscribers every day of the week so everything they do is to cater to said subscribers.
3.) 29 Jan 2026 09:44:51
It's so annoying Dougie. It happens to me all the time. I always book a hotel for my trips to Elland Road, even though I am less than 2 hours away. The number of times that Hotel has ended up a waste of time because the game is moved. Before Christmas I had tickets the Palace game that was originally Sat at 3:00 PM [I booked the theatre for after the game]. My hotel was booked for Friday PM. The game was moved first to Friday, so no great drama; then it was moved to Sunday, so I booked another hotel night, only for it to return to Saturday at 8:00 PM. I now couldn't go to the game because of the theatre and at least one hotel night was a waste [in reality both! ]
£100's wasted!
I only get to around half the home games these days, I would hazard a guess the hotel booking is pointless half of those times.
I know folks ask why keep booking a hotel, but a) I like to make a weekend of it, b) it keeps the wife interested, though she no longer goes to the games.
4.) 29 Jan 2026 09:49:56
Another £130 on a hotel and £ 60 to change the train, it's terrible Alf.
5.) 29 Jan 2026 12:00:00
Book free cancellation mate it’s what I always do. I do see your point though.
6.) 29 Jan 2026 17:03:11
Utter disgrace! I feel for you, pal!
17 Jan 2026 14:39:03
I hope my words don't come back to haunt me, but I am mighty impressed by the line up today. MOT.
1.) 17 Jan 2026 17:21:17
A good 3 points, was always going to be a tough game but got the job done. Might have been a little easier if Lukic had been given the second yellow he deserved but a win is a win, so all good in the end.
2.) 18 Jan 2026 08:40:08
Or if Wilson had been given a straight red.
07 Jan 2026 22:28:56
Great game, deserved more, and without taking anything away from what will go down as a classic, our goalkeeper is the weak link.
His positioning is poor, he punches when he should catch, and what can I say about his kicking. I don't like to point fingers, but i'm sorry to say our keeper cost us tonight.
1.) 07 Jan 2026 22:40:58
If I was being critical, it would not be the goalie - way too many crosses coming in from the right side and the defense is at sixes and sevens trying to cover and get out . we give up the goals within 8 minutes of scoring them . not the goalies fault.
2.) 07 Jan 2026 22:43:01
Agree with that Dougie he makes Meslier look good and that is bad.
He like a headless chicken!
3.) 07 Jan 2026 22:44:11
Bring back Meslier, was no worse than that guy, the only Brazilian who can't kick a ball.
4.) 07 Jan 2026 22:48:04
Always has to be a blame dog.
Their crosses, and corner deliveries were outstanding. With us having DCL, we could do with rewatching their early deliveries, as he would thrive on them.
5.) 07 Jan 2026 23:52:13
Just wish he would catch a ball, sorry but for me Darlow has to to play.
14 Jul 2025 12:24:22
Wex, what a load of bolxxxx. The 49s have always side swiped and signed people who aren't even spoke about, all this paper talk about missing out on every player is rubbish. Are we there yet cries the kid on the back seat, nearly son, but he doesn't know there's a 100 miles left and by the time he falls asleep and wakes up he's arrived.
Have patience Wex, it'll come good. ?.
13 Apr 2024 11:01:01
Jack Clarke?
20 Feb 2024 18:57:17
What Aus said.
17 Dec 2023 10:29:16
Agree, Jaidon hasn't looked great at all, be happy to let him go back.
22 Aug 2023 16:09:47
Deffo, he wanted Leeds in the first place, but once again we dilly dallyed and missed out. We never just go for it, so frustrating.
02 Feb 2026 15:28:56
Not just yet DG
????.
31 Jan 2026 16:32:53
I stopped watching OP. DCL is so isolated, we are playing completely different to a few a weeks ago. We look a completely different team, with no invention, we're not winning the first ball or the second, shocking display.
Anything other than a West Ham loss today, then it's squeaky bum time for us once again.
29 Jan 2026 09:49:56
Another £130 on a hotel and £ 60 to change the train, it's terrible Alf.
11 Jan 2026 15:16:07
Dave, I think you pulled the pin and threw the grenade far too early. It ain't over till its over, and Willy got man of the match.
We are doing great this season, MOT.
12 Dec 2025 07:49:37
I have to agree Aus about Bamford and DCL. What i liked about Bamford was his ball control, he held it up well and brought others into play, even scoring a worldy or two. DCL on the other hand is less skillful with the ball, but he does leap like a spring Salmon trying to get back its spawning ground.
