Looks to be close now, as Dan Neil is getting closer to joining Southampton on a free; he will likely replace Charles.
Don't mind the £25 million figure, as accounting for Man City 20% sell-on clause, Southampton would receive a £20 million fee themselves.

?Rumours of Rooney Bardghi from Barcelona, the 20 year old Swede recirculating once again via Spanish media outlets.
While the asking price is reportedly £25 million, I'm guessing if we were to be truely going for the deal it would likely be a loan.
Hopefully Rapha could be a help in convincing him in joining however, it may be agent talk or Barcelona pushing for his move away given he is predominantly a right winger which we do not often utilise and there is a high volume of reported interest elsewhere around the continent.
