For Leeds United, it's a humongous amount of dosh: transfer fees and wages.

Fairly reassuringly, Trafford is already a pretty good keeper, who, hopefully, will improve in all areas, including a few weaknesses, to become a top keeper.



I do hope, though, that the JT signing does not impact on us getting a quality striker this window.

Which, imo, is an absolutely essential signing, as chances are DCL won't have as good a season as last!

Hey Aus, just for my own edification, could you name the current Leeds players you actually like / rate?

To me, it seems that whichever player gets discussed on this site, it only acts as a reminder for you to tell us that they are rubbish and they should be sold.

I might be wrong, but I don't recollect you ever arguing positively for any of our players?

I stand to be corrected, however!

I don’t rate Dcl, and think he will have a worse season than last year.

Happy for it to be better.
Mez and Farke were also not in my good books. It’s the way it is. My mind won’t change and I’m ok with sharing it whenever I wish.

Personally, think Dcl will have a better season, with more to feed off, if we get the reported creative targets. Caveat would be staying fit, of course!
But, this doesn't mean we don't need a better quality back up / competition for him.

Agree with that, Bright. The supply to him last season was pretty poor at best; rarely a pinpoint was made to him.
However, I'm hoping this season will be better, and he will be targeted with better crosses to rack up more goals than last season.
