Simply can't wait for the Aus and Baz comments. Must be plenty of negativity and Farke bashing opportunities for them. Meanwhile back in the real world we have another point towards our survival. This site couldn't be any more negative to Leeds if it was an MU one.

Why call people out and try provoking them.

That was awful tonight. 1 goal from open play in the last 6 Prem games is relegation form.
It's completely on the Flaccid one.
He's frozen players out, he's reverted back to the way we played at the start of the season, totally risk averse, and it's not working.

Ramazani should never have been sent out on loan either.

Ya, it's such a relief and a joy to witness 1 league goal in 450 minutes of open play. You really couldn't see any issue that would lead to any negativity.

It's all rosy, we shall let all "the others" worry about relegation.

That was another terrible display, but yes.

Let's talk about Aus & Baz, that's what's important. ?

Zero goals from open play in last Five games, Chris. Nearly 500 minutes!

Interesting, good post, Dave. ?

Hello OAS. well, overall, it may prove eventually to be a decent point; against a team in 7th, Brentford, albeit it was a dreadful quality match.

Speaking further of the "real world".

What's happened to our set pieces? A la Crystal Palace at home, where we used to score aplenty and look dangerous. ?

And the failure last summer to recruit a Pablo creative type continues to grate somewhat.

Perhaps, because we are not brimming with bountiful quality and we are just a newly promoted team, scraping to survive in the Premiership.
That's the reality that some prefer to ignore.

Thought we did the best we could, but it's very evident to me that we lack playmaking quality.
Hopefully, if we are fortunate to survive this season, we can upgrade on a few players that would make the difference.

Stach is proving to be proper quality for us, and we perhaps missed Gudmundsson tonight, Justin wasn't able to take on the defenders like Gabby can.

A point is a point, and it's one more closer to safety.

The usual knocking crew, like sixpence pointed out, will bash Farke and perhaps DCL, but that's become like a broken record on here.

There's your negative post, Six, and it's not Baz or Aus, just the same old thing as always. You may not like one's opinion or how they see it. Remember, you can paint a pretty picture, but it can tell a different story.

Brentford deffo raised their games from the Wolves one. Matched us mostly with no real quality. Brentford are 7th in the league, and we limited them to very little.
Yes, we are lacking quality at the moment, and some of our crossing and balls into the box were atrocious.

But we kept going, and probably were the better team. Just.
I think Farke is ringing out the most effort out of this team, but the quality is just not there.

I'm not sure the comment about drawing to survival is a fair reflection. The starting line up, 2 up front, is what everyone clamours for every week, and every sub was a forward / attacking player.

Only one team was trying to win in my opinion.

I'm no fan of Brentford, but given at the start of the season they were second favourites for relegation. You have to accept they're a decent outfit. Obviously 3 points was what everyone hoped for, but 1 point might prove very valuable at the end of the day.

In my opinion that's about the fairest opinion, Ani4ni, that I've read on here on reflection of this game.
The rest is pretty much headless chicken, drama queen reactions.

I think you've got to be blind or something to not see that we were the attacking team last night. It's plain to see now that most teams, apart from the elite teams, are coming to Elland Rd and are setting up a defensive pattern which is snuffing out our attacking opportunities.

We quite simply don't have enough quality in our team to be able to break down these Premiership quality heavy defenses.

It's a compliment in some way that these Premiership teams come to Elland Rd to defend a game out, but it's not going to give us many chances to win games on our turf.

Drawing our way to survival looks like our only option.

So we have now gone from "we will win our home games due to cauldron Elland Rd" and survive earlier in season, to scraping out a 0-0 draw borefest and being unable to score, and teams are somehow afraid of us at Elland Rd, even though we sit 15th and can't score.

How many more goalpost movements are planned, and then ultimately say "oh I was right all season".

Maybe the opposition are confusing our white shirt with that of Madrid's?

Like Class pointed out, teams are closing down the space for us to attack at Elland Rd.
We don't have the quality or invention to break them down, it's just a fact, and teams like Brentford have found a way to prevent us from scoring goals.

We might have more space in away games?
It's something Farke and his staff have to address.
At the end of the day, a point at home is still a point in the right direction.
