Well, apart from that first 15 minutes, that was dire. Poor passing, short on composure, and no quality in the final third. Next week is now a must win game, which after that performance looks a tall order, or we will start dropping down the table and desperation will creep in.

First half we were good and deserved to be leading or at worst level. Second half was poor - not a single shot on target. Not really sure what the answer is, but I am pretty sure it is not Nmecha or Arronson.

The next three home games are important-Spurs, Coventry and Ipswich.
In between we've City, Chelsea and Liverpool away. Makes the home fixtures even more crucial.

PS Random comment, but come on Brighton, can they "do a Leicester”? Whole world would be behind them I am sure (apart from Devon, Russia and USA) .

Also a point for Palace and Man U in the relegation zone. Oh yes.

PPS I hadn't realised that Manure had some link to the Busby Babes Munich disaster, as Ed said last week. Thought it was just because we all thought Man U were a pile of turd. Had I known I would not have used so apologies Ed, and won't use again. They are a pile of turd though.

{Ed001's Note - it is a shame, but it came about purely from a song sung by West Brom fans, who were still annoyed about Man U signing Duncan Edwards, I believe.}

Seriously though, should have invested in attackers in the transfer window ?
Well that would been great then, would've cost us more money than it would have beefing up our previously fragile defense, sure we might be scoring more goals but we would probably be conceding more.
Imagine right now our defense from last season without the injured Rodon, definitely relegation fodder.

You can't have both and building a team from the back is like building a house from the base.
Does that not make more sense ?

We did invest in two wingers with Wilson and Bohoya, but like many new players it can take time for them to adapt.

Jimmy Trafford lost Leeds the match 4/10 and 5/10

Wish we had signed gk Suzuki. cost less and far better than Trafford.

I think Dan James term at Leeds United is rapidly coming to an end. Probably our most ineffective player in the the squad, sadly for him I think the Premiership is a step too far for his abilities.

I think he is better OP, but he was never coming to a team on our current level. Im very happy we got Trafford and nobody's perfect.
