Looks like 9ers bought another 7% stake, maybe raising funds for January.

As I thought bricktop, he would " find " a few pound down back of sofa, because his partners now are a bit concerned as to our position .

Ridiculous we didn't strengthen correctly last window.

2.) 06 Nov 2021 17:30:07
They now have a 44% stake. clearly our future owners. Show me the money!

Unfortunately I'm in the time for a change group but who would we bring in and who would come in knowing it's a going to be a tough season? Brendan Rodgers? Naw he didn't want to stay and fight at Celtic. Not Potter, Vítor Pereira. maybe!

The million dollar question Brick! Do you go for established experience like say big Sam or do you go for raw who want to prove themselves. Hmmmm, for me Pochetino.

2.) 09 Nov 2025 19:17:19
Mancini looking for a challenge at a European club?

3.) 09 Nov 2025 19:19:46
Or how about Lampard?

4.) 09 Nov 2025 21:16:55
I have a feeling it will be Steven Gerrard with Gary Mac as his assistant.

Not sure how I would feel about that though, not sure he knows what he’s doing, but would welcome Gary having some part to play.

These are my six teams, but still couple of weeks of window left yet, and both Wolves and Brentford could invade the bottom three yet.

Although good news, the release of Dan James signing a new contract stinks of giving the fans something to cheer about. As a conspiracy theorist i think they purposely delayed this until now because we can't seem to get a new signing done elsewhere.

It's like living in a desert at the moment.

2.) 14 Jul 2025 20:29:34
I thought that had been confirmed a few weeks ago?

3.) 14 Jul 2025 20:53:18
I heard that news a few weeks back?
My excitement has just been reignited and I’m worried will I sleep tonight?!
In all seriousness I’m getting anxious now.
A colleague told me today that Leeds only have circa €70 million to spend plus whatever we get in transfer fees. So unless we start clearing out the deadwood we are literally f***ed.

4.) 15 Jul 2025 08:43:06
There will be a big clear out although some like Crew might be loans. The likes of Joffy, Greenwood, Mes, Harrison, Joseph and Gyabi (and maybe Schmidt) will be on the list but nobody is banging down the door for them and apart from Joseph there's not much transfer value. £20 to £25m? It frees up wages but Clubs know we want shut of them so won't pay over the odds. Buys us another couple at most and one would have to be a replacement FB.
I think Bambi is determined to have another crack at the Premier League and his wages make a drop to the Championship difficult.

5.) 15 Jul 2025 10:52:05
Even clearing out the dead wood won't raise that much apart from Joseph. Clubs know we don't want Mes and JH and most of the rest are probably in the million pound area.
Lucky to raise much more than £20m. Will lower the wage bill a bit.
Bambi not going anywhere because he wants another crack at PL and his wages are too high. If Schmidt goes then we need another FB as well as striker, keeper and no 10.

Interesting to read Burnley already committed to spend 40M on there loan to buy contracts which hasn't even improved the team yet for EPL.

Good news!

2.) 04 May 2025 12:21:23
Yes a poke in the eye at all the moaners in the January transfer window, thank god the club had the sense not to waste the money on retiring journeymen, or players who will not be fit for the premiership.

3.) 04 May 2025 13:12:58
Pros and cons OP
Last season not doing so cost the club in £150, million of EPL revenue in failing to get promoted.

We got away with it this season

Burnley's obligations to. buy worth it as it guaranteed them the huge EPL riches.

4.) 04 May 2025 13:44:59
I wasn’t talking about last season.

5.) 04 May 2025 14:35:27
Yes Baz that’s right, if it doesn’t meet your agenda then it’s only down to pure luck again.
Strange that?

6.) 04 May 2025 15:16:02
Oh you noticed that OP
If Baz is shown to be wrong then it’s just down to luck!
Farke was lucky! Just down to Sheffield Utd being S@hite. Manor was just lucky this season!
We were just lucky to get away with wasting money in January! I think in football you make your own luck and we were damn good!

7.) 04 May 2025 15:47:26
Don’t forget DDSW that Leeds transfers that we don’t make, like those in Jan last year, would have been immense and catapulted to a record winning run as we romped home as Champions. Transfers that we do make are always the wrong player.

8.) 04 May 2025 17:13:29
Brockers and Deedee SW

I stated last week that our summer signings of Rodon and Tanaka were 2nd and 3rd imo only behind Danny James as Leeds United Player of the Season

As for Manor Solomon he has had a very strong 2025 and done very well too.

9.) 05 May 2025 08:27:46
Funny as f**k innit Bricktop!? ??.

01 Jan 2025 17:25:24
I know conditions were bad today but that's the slowest I've seen us move the ball, too many standing still no movement. Don't understand Solomon being taken off, looked like our biggest threat upto then. Terrible defense for equalizer, luckily Burnley drew as well, hope Sunderland can at least get a point.
Happy new year all.

Yes, he now understands what a real atmosphere looks and sounds like. Another thing that stands out. Another thing that stands out is he number of "none English speaking people who support them, didn't hear to many west london accents at all. Maybe he now accepts American billionaires are not all that after all.
