Hidemasa Morita to Leeds!

The Japanese midfielder will join the English club on a free transfer next season, assuming they remain in the Premier League.

The midfielder traveled to England this week and attended the Leeds vs Burnley match!

This is from X and I do not know how reliable the source is.

I've also seen this, plus another Japanese striker (whose name I yet again can't recall! ?) . Maybe, getting things done early this seez, and getting great value so that the wedge goes further!?

Are they starters? Or squad fillers?

Morita is a good player, on a free, attractive one, I suppose.
But what about his age, though? He is 31 in 4 days' time.

How old was Pablo when he came to us, Baz?
Age is a number, if he's still fit enough. Let's hope he has a similar impact to Mr Hernandez!

Very good point, Canada.

I hope it is proven to be so, but don't really know him.

Bang on, mate. While I'm not an anatomist, I do believe that the Japanese nation look after themselves, unlike us Europeans!

I like the sound of doing business early. My only regret is that, at defensive midfield, it probably means we won't do Eric Martel, who is also set to be a defensive midfield free agent, younger and a giant. But in Farke we trust!

He will be a Gruev replacement, I would imagine.

Morita is very good. Think Alf is right. This is the Gruev replacement and he's much better than him. Smart business.
