We have to look at 9th to 13th. Improvement each season. So far we have upgraded 3 starters. So got to do better. Not in the slightest bit interested in another relegation struggle. Why would we.

So far, just 3 signings in double digit weeks.

And Leeds recruitment tends to do, at best, one incoming signing in a week.

So, 3 more signings tops? Maybe just one.

I think a few peeps have so far vastly overestimated our window.

As things stand, 15th at best, imo.

I just want a starter striker from here. Or someone to battle DCL for start. The rest don't bother me. Use youf if need be. 100% need striker. And, tbh, Baz, James ain't looked that much pre season, so id keep large. Shift James. Anyway. Striker 100%. Then we top 12 I reckon.

imo, a striker signing, could be the most crucial, important signing of summer for Leeds United.

Absolutely, 3 upgrades and, importantly, we have held on to our most important players as well. Plus, we shifted a few out that were clogging up the wages and squad.

Even if we signed nobody else, it would be a 10/10 window.



DCL is our first choice striker, and I can't see that changing this window - if we bring anyone in, it's likely to be backup or an alternative style.

Think the window is a 7.5/10 right now. We have to paint in the corners (backup lb/gk) , and then it's a 9/10. Signing a 9/10 to compete with DCL or play behind him would be 10/10.

Indeed, Aus, I lurve DCL, and he was my player of seez, but we need added competition and reinforcement up front.

Amazing how you guys are certain that DCL won't stay fit! I think last season we proved that it was possible to manage him and get the best from him! Pre-season he has looked sharp again, and I feel sure that he will get good service this year.

My take on transfers so far is definitely 9/10, may get better!
Still relatively good amount of time to sort a few more out. Keep the faith, nothing happens overnight.

DDSW, hopefully both DCL and Nmecha both stay fit all seez.. but we need a 3rd striker (not Piroe) in case they don't.

And also, rotation of strikers to keep them fresh and help avoid niggles and injuries.

I would like a striker who is better than Nmecha to come in, because if there is a lengthy lay off for DCL, Nmecha isn't good enough to start on a regular basis.

The thing with Baz is, if we go on to sign a top striker, or a "gem" he just moves on to the next short coming. He'll carry on until we need a top kit man otherwise "we'll be going down."
