Paxaio apparently off to Sunderland for just over 25 million. This is very disappointing from a Leeds perspective. Good player and good fee.

Let's be honest here. Anyone going to Sunderland is going for the wages. It's hardly the bright lights of the North East that's attracting them, is it. Paixio turned us down last season, which is fair enough. He wasn't interested in the project last year, so if he does go to Sunderland, let's hear what his scripted BS about joining them is.

Why do people think Sunderland are paying silly wages? Like ourselves, they have one of the lowest in the division. Xhaka is top earner on 110k a week.
