Flaccid is a term I’d use. Hate this “ point a game” negative mentality
We’ve regressed into such a negative side, too risk averse. We pose next to no threat what so ever.
We’ve gone to a team below us and basically not even gone at them.
At least Marcelo had a go and bloodied some noses.

Well Dave, on that showing DF has about as much ambition as a Christmas temp at Poundland. It is astounding how he doesn't learn, everyone has seen everything he hasn't. Guilty as charged in backing him but now I can't see any other alternative than getting shot now before we totally disappear.

Vid I’ve said it for ages that he’s arrogant, he’s a total hype man. He happy claps the fans who lap it up because he knows he has them on his side with his waving arms and his “hey hey hey” I’ve never bought it, he failed us the first season with a fantastic squad which cost us Cry, Rutter and Archie all of whom make this team way way better.

He stifles any creative players.
I watch us play and I can’t see what the game plan is other than blind hope.
The mentality from the end of last season has been 17th and it’s a winner! No not for me, I heard that the Sunderland board approached recruitment with 10th as their target, think that says it all really.

Where's Willy? Thought he was fit? If we lose today then I'm definitely a Farke outer. Struik should be in over Bijol. Why not Noah centre forward and play James and Willy/ Harrison on the wings? It just seems to me that Farke tries stuff that doesn't work and sticks with it.

Even with their injuries, I a see us getting battered today. Hope I'm wrong 🤞🏼.

Don’t know why you blokes just don’t accept that we don’t have quality players good enough for the Premiership.
Only a short while ago it was Struijk out and get Bijol in, now it’s the reverse.
Just face it we’ve got Championship quality players in our squad and no matter what new coach you replace Farke with, the result will still be the same.


I imagine due to fan pressure Farke will get the shove, I’m putting a bet on that Steven Gerard will be our new coach, but that won’t be for a while yet.

If Willy is fit, I would start him, James on the other wing and put Okafor through the middle. Possibly 3 at the back, with GG and JB wing backs, and get BA in the dressing room peeling the oranges for half time.

Second that CandJ. I said a few days ago that I'd try that pairing Okafor with DCL as the front of a 4:4:2 lineup, and Nmecha instead of DCL is an alternative. Think 3 at the back might be a bit risky if Chris Wood is back fit tho.

I'd go with the regular back 4, Willy, Longstaff, Stach and DJ in the middle rank and Okafor with Nmecha up front.
