Bielsa post match comments are very worrying - he sounds tired and defeated, almost resigned to continued struggles. My bet is he is off back to Argy at end of season.

We were poor to be frank, aside from a few moments across the tournament, we have been genuinely poor. This (golden! ) generation of over-hyped players could barely string passes together past the half-way line. Tactics didn’t help, but the players have to bear the brunt for that performance.
Spain were better throughout the tournament and certainly better tonight; deserved winners. They were about the only team to perform in what has been a poor (dull? ) Euros.

He’s a ‘yes’ man - clean living, not going to do or say anything controversial that might embarrass the FA.
Nothing to do with managerial ability, the FA must be protected at all costs!
In fairness, he’s not done a bad job - just very dull at times and only has Plan A and very little idea on how to change a game.
Regardless of what we do in the Euros, think his time is over.

Baz, George - I hear what you are saying and agree that is the reality. But that is where the sadness lies, the game has become sanitized and morphed into a game played by pristine droids programmed perform on pristine pitches - get working on that t8me machine for me! (or at least when I slide towards my adoring fans at the corner flag let me get a little bit of mud on my knees).
