A brilliant match to watch, with many positives, but I do find myself agitated regularly by Farke's failure to utilise fresh legs as the game goes on. Having great subs is of limited use, if you put them on in the 95th minute when some of your players on the pitch have been looking for a defibrillator for half an hour.

He brought on attacking players with shaky defensive abilities and asked us to sit back. A bit silly.
{Ed025's Note - i happen to like the fact he brought players on to go and win the game Mo. there has been moaning about his negativity but he went for it and cannot be held responsible for individual errors mate..imo..

He did what everyone want him to but we couldn’t hold out great game, BA works his socks off give 100% nice to see get two.

I don't feel there's any point looking for fault and / or blame from last night. We rattled a very extensively built side, and almost got the better of them at around that is very difficult to get a result from. The atmosphere was phenomenal, as was the match as a spectacle, between two traditional, and historically fanatical clubs, and will go down as a classic! The PL hasn't had many of those in recent time in my view, and we contributed more than our fair share to it, and we're very unlucky to not take at least a point.
Now I've calmed down from the disappointment last night, I'm just pleased to have been able to watch it!

Ed I agree with the attacking changes, he did right with a limited bench.
What I don't understand is asking attacking players to defend against a great attacking team, rather than attacking a weak defence.
Farke made a mistake tonight, but it doesn't make the current run of form any more spectacular. We went toe to toe with a team whose three subs cost more than our starting 11.
Nothing to moan about, just saying it wasn't all on Perri.
{Ed025's Note - yeah Mo DF tried to win the game and if it came off it would have been brilliant, it was just a bit of bad luck and a referee who wanted to play on until the Barcodes scored mate, times are good though..

Whilst we absolutely played them off the park and the final score flattered Norwich, sacking Wagner seems harsh. I would like to think that had we lost last night Farke would keep his job. I can't think think of one of our players that had a bad game and anyone who wasn't impressed by the crowd is void of emotion. Still in shock.

Too many international breaks these days. Feels as if the domestic season never gets running properly and there are far more chances for players to get crocked on international duty. Rant over.
