Same problem he's had for about 12mth apparently just got aggravated. Out for at least 6 week, so his season is now finished. 😔.

It's a domino. Man City need a no 2 keeper and are in discussions with Marseille. Once they have a signing, JT can sign for us and Perri can go out on loan.

Really getting worried about lack of goal scoring strikers. DCL is not prolific. Piroe is not good enough. None of our others combined will not score enough for safety. Minimum of 2 PL quality strikers plus 2 midfielders plus centre back 1 fullback plus back up goalie still needed please?

Have we sold a striker that I'm not aware of? Same strikers had enough goals in them last season to keep us up. Bit of an unfair assessment.
I also think adding Wilson will give us a few extra too.

I agree, Days. Wilson means better set pieces, and 6 ft plus Stach is in the box for corners rather than taking them.

They did an adequate job last season, but we want to improve, so need more goals and wins next season. Have our strikers got that in them? Me and a few others, plus the club, doubt that; otherwise, they wouldn't be looking for a striker, would they?
Agree with that, Ani. Good to have Stach in the box more. He will def bag more next season.

Lad, we had a striker, Piroe, who might as well not have been in the squad. Farke doesn't rate him at this level, it seems, so he hardly ever played.
And if DCL got injured, then what?
We got very lucky for a change last season, with very few injuries.
LUFC definitely need to recruit another striker this window to replace the nil goals unused Piroe striker in the pecking order in the squad. You know it too!

I like Darlow but he needs to sign now or move on. We need a top class keeper in before pre season or we will struggle.

To be honest point might be good but CL has been poor recently. No pace, few attempts and no way England quality and should be benched. Defence is generally good but we really missed our talented left-footed suspended and best player Gudmundson, and have no adequate cover.
Longstaff needs to come in with Ampadu and Stach and push up Aaronsen with Willie or Piroe to cause problems, and finally ditch long throw as not working.

Poor effort for me. Farke is trying to draw his way safely. We never looked like winning that game. We won't win another away game in the League. 4 consecutive league games without a goal. We didn't deserve to stay up with that record.

GA, his game plan of 1 point per game, due to lack of investment, is all he could do. We are a newly promoted side playing in the big boys' pond. How many seasons have we been looking for a top keeper and a striker? I am not saying the present keeper is bad, but they're all at their moments.
What could Farke do with a quality side. ??♂️

Can’t help but feel that if Piroe is still here after the transfer window then it’s the club having 1 eye on the championship.

Pains me to say it but I think if Jessie had stayed I think we might have a few more points than we have now before he had to go at the end of the season.

Feel let down again and hope it does not mean another relegation battle.
Main striker should have been number one target and sorted way before now.
We seem to chase shadows whilst other clubs identify and sign targets quickly. We are bigger and should offer bigger prospects than most other clubs but unable to. make it happen but why,?
