It’s David Rocastle who died 23 years ago today Dougie, 31st March 2001. As Bermo said far too young to die and a bloody great footballer. Never forgotten, God bless ???.

Was in a club full of poxy wall fans including my good mate who’s dad played over 150 games for wall.
Got load of stick for gnoto and poor Jake cooper then gnoto goes and buries a worldie
We then bring on James (only a fools questions farke and says he must start)
And James scores the goal to put us too
Now good news… I have a signed match worn shirt which I brought to the club
Bad news it’s a small and I was wearing it when he scored… I looked like a roll of pork wrapped in string

Agree woody struijk was a huge miss.
I’m a big support or of mes but he has to go. Great keeper but the fans have turned against him and hemisphere head has gone. I think we need to sell and replace for a lesser but more reliable keeper like Neil Sullivan type.
Same with bamford fans against him and he needs to go. A lot of football is played in the head and confidence is a huge part. I think bam bam and nes will do well at new clubs.
Sadly mes is giving people like baz and aus a chance to make them right and delight in his poor form, but then form is temporary class is perminant.
