Can anyone explain where our next goal will come from to win the remaining two games? .
Bielsa was sacked for his poor defensive record, his replacement has failed to improve this situation and in his attempt to improve this has produced a team that makes no attempts on the oppositions goal whatsoever.
At least previously we made dozens of chances……. just failed to convert them into goals! .
Let’s hope miracles do happen.

Does anyone else think that any transfer money is being held back in case we loose the court ruling and have to pay out for Jean-Kévin Augustin.

We lost the first case so don’t hold much hope about us winning the appeal, so could be the case of why no signing being done.

Baz By taking it to Court and losing if that's what happens, I'm sure that would activate LUFC commercial insurance policy to cover the loss subject to a sizable deductible. However, if the policy contains an exclusion clause for crass stupidity the insurance might not work. 48 minutes was his contribution.

I remember everybody being really excited by the signing of JKA and thinking it was a steal. Just because it then went badly with the player doesn’t mean you can change your opinion to it being “crass stupidity†or a “cataclysmic error†and blame the people you thought made a good deal. It’s not hard to be right all the time, if you change your opinion.
Even if we signed a perfectly healthy Haaland for £1m today and he got hit by a bus the next day and never played again, a bunch of you would still blame AR and VO for the signing and not foreseeing the bus.

I think your example about the bus is completely irrelevant Brockley as that would be an unforeseen event. however, a player that is unfit who has been identified by someone on millions a year, scouted by the club, been through a medical and then still fails to deliver anything is clearly the fault of said overpaid buffoon. Us fans can only go on snippets of information whereas Orta and co get paid millions to scout players as their actual job - huge difference.
