Looks like Cody off to Cardiff.
Hope to goodness rumours of Summerville going anywhere aren't true.

Depends if they are going to get game time. If not, better for them to develop elsewhere.

Slightly concerned. Need the 3 today. Others seem to be getting results. Villa and QPR off the boil. Was hoping these would help us out. Hudders luck due to expire, (when they play Fulham) . Do not want it to go to wire. let's get the 3 today.

Watching Forest game. Notice they played the 'injured goalie' trick.
1.) 10 May 2026 16:03:32
It's more contagious than Hantavirus.
2.) 10 May 2026 16:16:22
I'm pretty sure that won't exist next season. How they do it, I'm not sure. Maybe while the keeper is receiving treatment, any player, coach or staff making conversation, it's a yellow card?
Such fine margins in top level football these days that these so called tactical breaks can effectively change a game, and I don't think it's right.
3.) 10 May 2026 19:17:34
The game is turning even more rotten recently, OP.
I'd get rid of manager technical areas and make them sit on the bench with their substitutes.

I'd like to think we will never stoop to this 'goalkeeper scam', {which seems to work}. Besides bringing game into disrepute, could or should be deemed as inciting fans. But imagine if we did the fines and sanctions that would come our way.
1.) 27 Apr 2026 12:15:08
If we was winning 1-0, and our keeper went down to take the sting out of the game, and we went on to win, then we wouldn't be having this discussion.
As always, don't hate the player, hate the game. Until the rules change, then if teams take advantage of this, then so be it.
2.) 27 Apr 2026 12:16:03
I like a good conspiracy, but.
.Surely even Leeds wouldn't get fines and sanctions from Leeds hating authorities for what would be so blatantly discriminatory.
No. this goalkeeping scam needs to be crushed pronto.
Perhaps a rule this summer stating all players must go to centre circle (away from touchline) whilst gk is being treated.
And, 5 points deduction for any club infringing this by still blatantly seeking coaching instructions whilst gk injured.
3.) 27 Apr 2026 15:23:59
My solution to the "goalkeeper" problem.
Any injured player who receives "life support" is required to leave the field for a minimum of 10 minutes, including the keeper. The only exception is that the keeper can be replaced by another player / keeper without exhausting the substitution allowance, however, once the keeper leaves the pitch for critical life support, he is not allowed to return to the game. That free substitution would be permanent.
I think that would stop keepers feigning injury.
Alternatively, concrete over all pitches and see how many players choose to throw themselves to the ground [very ruffley!]
In all seriousness, if a keeper is injured, he should leave the pitch for assessment like all outfield players.
As "daft" as that sounds, they really wouldn't feign injuries.
All outfield players to stand in the centre circle.
The modern game is so f*** tiresome and I would hate it just as much even if Leeds tried to exploit it.
Modern / current players, refs, owners, and managers are the current "custodians" of the game, and frankly they are ruining it.
4.) 27 Apr 2026 15:33:58
Agreed, Baz. Odd that it's happened twice against us and none against anyone else, unless I blinked and missed it.
5.) 27 Apr 2026 15:51:18
If the goalkeeper goes down, the game is stopped no matter what, so the rule needs to be changed to: the game will continue until the ball is out of play or another infringement has happened. Let us see how many keepers now fake injuries, I bet none.
6.) 27 Apr 2026 16:10:53
It was ridiculous and sad for the game of football watching this latest episode of blatant gamesmanship (I can't call it cheating, as there is no rule against it) by Chelsea's goalkeeper yesterday.
Their outfield players weren't much better, rolling about as if they had been fatally wounded, then getting up as if a miracle had taken place. I hope my Club never resort to these desperate actions.
7.) 28 Apr 2026 08:51:21
It was good to see Farke refusing to comment on it in his post-match interviews, stating that it might sound like sour grapes. So many other PL gaffers would've!
8.) 28 Apr 2026 13:04:24
Class from Farke.

Looking back at the Sunderland game, its generally agreed We should have been awarded a penalty, clear and obvious it was, clear and obvious the Sunderland pen was not, but do agree on close inspection it had to be. These were VAR calls and Sunderland have had some previous bad calls too.
Is the reason this time they were playing Leeds. Have to wander if its needed to keep West Ham and Spurs and their stadia in the top flight and can we expect further dubious calls.
1.) 05 Mar 2026 09:32:52
How do you think the team performed, Whites, and what do you think of the team selection and tactics?
22 Nov 2025 13:28:49
Seems to me our main concession of goals is via a cross finding an unmarked player in plenty space. Like to think we can avoid this against Villa. Hopeful!
1.) 22 Nov 2025 13:55:39
How. What’s your strategy white?
2.) 22 Nov 2025 15:59:07
Daniel. How about - Mark any unmarked player in space?
3.) 22 Nov 2025 17:33:26
I think Farke prefers zonal marking, rather than man to man
Hence our generosity at leaving plenty of free space for the opposition to attack ??.

Listened to the audio of the Brighton game. What was impressive, we are 3 nil down and well beaten and what do I hear -The MOT refrain. Yes we have the best fans in the land.
1.) 03 Nov 2025 11:34:25
Yes. Fans were good this week. Can’t recall falling apart and Okafor giving them the gee up ?.
2.) 04 Nov 2025 08:22:55
Our travelling fans have always been the best! It's sometimes better than home games being in the midst of it!
22 Apr 2017 10:16:00
But we still have a chance. Fulham and Wed might lose points. One of these have to depend on us dropping points. Still in our hands.
07 Mar 2026 16:31:53
Forest played that goalkeeper trick for team talk against Brighton.
They were defensively all at sea, then tightened up.
Hope our fans don't boo this time, as it would show it was Pep that was being booed.

I too share your sadness fev. I was at Wembley in 83, and much earlier when we did mighty St Helens in a snow storm. From Normy at the time, and went to NGS in late 50s where we had lots of 'friendly banter' with Wakey fans.
15 Oct 2025 18:24:13
You can start tonight with u21 v Athletic Club, hopefully on LUTV.
07 Jun 2025 09:10:27
I was there in 1983 to see SuperFev do over the the mighty Hull.
Had a very nice touch too with Hull bookie giving 28 to 1 odds David Hobbs for first try. Great day that was.
29 Apr 2025 21:22:46
Great result, the lads really wanted and deserved it.
Unlucky not to go 3 up.
Enjoyed, been fab 2 nights.
