Already getting bored of this transfer window. As usual keep bidding for a target, don't want to pay the money then lose out. Need to move on from Charles, get better value abroad. See the 49rs getting business done for Rangers, but as always messing about. Also need to get rid of players Farke won't use.

Yes Brum. I too really do hope we move on from SC, and this latest saga.
We had the 2023 summer long CDK forlorn saga and the 2025 Paxo cubes one too.
Prefer not to have another long saga on a player and position that, imo, should not be anywhere near a priority for LUFC.
And one that will not improve our first 11.

There will be plenty of other targets, but the WC is affecting transfers. Unless Charles gets done, probably nothing more will happen until after the WC anyway.

Alas, there is too much deja vu about this one. If everyone is waiting til after the World Cup, it's gonna be time-restrained carnage. How can players get a break and a proper pre season in? Very frustrating.

It's always the case anyway - most business happens towards the end of the window. It's a domino effect with clubs waiting to source replacements before letting players go etc.

What about Wilson or Brant, free agents who we have still not heard anything about?
I know the recruitment department had a lot of success last year, but it would b really nice if DF could actually use some of these players in pre season to work some tactics and formations out.

Brandt was always a long shot. We arent his first choice, and he will probably have plenty of options. We are offering a good wage packet, but other than that I don't have much hope. As already stated, we are just working through the final details in Wilson's contract by all accounts.

Wilson is all signed, sealed, done and dusted, finito, from what I've read. (Contract signed.) He just needs to be back in the building for the presser, which should be next week, supposedly.

I agree with Bright. Wilson is a Leeds player. It's not very good PR by the club, but if there are reasons for not immediately confirming it, then so be it. Maybe they want to introduce four new players at the same time. ??

Thanks baz but brokers mez stats poor af the amount of times he let's poor goals in and sometimes just drops to his knee rather than dive and try save it he gives all his goal to aim at.

Just looked at his recent stats nothing stands out really and 20 mil if there promoted no thanks if he was that good why know other team in that leauge had a punt.
