I did see somewhere that the police are aware of the problem next weekend and have drafted in more troops.
It was bad planning really but Spose they thought we would get auto promotion and mancs had no chance of getting to a final.
The obviously solution would have been to just sell the final tickets to city. But damage done now.
I do fear that there will be trouble. When they lose they will be looking to cause some bother.
Just hope we are jubilant and don't get involved.

Going to try to get a ticket, nit hopeful though. If I can't get one, does anyone know of a Leeds pubs in London? Or anywhere near wembley that fellow ticketless Leeds fans will be watching the game?
18 May 2024 00:01:18
how about hire a helicopter for the day.
17 May 2024 21:58:09
So itβs Southampton gents, third time lucky for a win π€ππ.
17 May 2024 23:24:09
Why not? They are beatable, especially if we perform like last night.
17 May 2024 23:45:38
Hampton South shall be unbelievably hard with little Willy trying to get us up but Smallbone trying to do the same.
18 May 2024 00:03:57
blooming hope so Woody!
my loathing, irritation and dislike of Southampton needs soothing greatly with a Super Leeds United Wembley play off win next Sunday.
18 May 2024 00:39:16
Youβd think it would be weird for one team to beat us three times in a season. They may get over confident.
Anybody see it? How did they play? Any injuries?
18 May 2024 07:14:42
I think the bigger pitch will make for a more open game, which Iβm hoping will really work to our favour. If Sodβs Law truly is a thing, we deserve it to work for us for once!
18 May 2024 07:25:42
They controlled the entirety of the game, Aus. Looked good for the win.
Shall be a tough game, but we can win if we perform somewhere near the level of Thursday night.
Cautiously optimistic would be my stance.
18 May 2024 07:44:09
Saw the game Aus. Their dangermen are:
Smallbone
Armstrong
Brooks
Downes
We need to stifle, choke and pocket Downes especially.
17 May 2024 21:49:03
Leeds v Southampton final.
It will be a tough game, but play like the boys did last night and we're back in the Premier League.
18 May 2024 00:09:00
yep repeat of yesterday performance is key ;
2 nil Leeds win if so.
18 May 2024 07:41:22
Baz Once we arrive at Wembley, I want a repeat scoreline from 52 years, 2 months, 3 weeks and a day ago. π€ππ.
17 May 2024 16:48:10
Our trip to the capital next weekend affords us not only an opportunity for promotion but a chance to change an undesirable statistic. Last LUFC player to score for Leeds π€ππ at Wembley if I'm not mistaken a certain unspeakable Frenchman almost 32 years ago. Time for that to change. Don't mind Rutter π«π· following in the footsteps.
17 May 2024 17:20:51
Thatβs right George, that game being a 4-1 Charity Shield win over Liverpool, Wallace scored our first followed by a hat trick by that French Judas! Time to put that right Georginio, with goals from Italy, Holland or even Bulgaria, who cares as long as we win π€π€πππ«£π«£.
17 May 2024 17:41:29
Err Woody bit surprised by your inaccurate details
Leeds won that wonderfully entertaining Charity Shield Trophy match 4 3 ( not 4 1 as you say)
Cantona scored first, got a fab hatrick and Dorigo scored a slightly deflected free kick
Wallace played well but didn't score.
17 May 2024 17:42:21
It waa a Eureka moment Dill.
17 May 2024 18:24:04
Oh well nearly right, I am getting on a bit and regularly on morphine Baz!, but I knew you would be there to put me right ππ.
17 May 2024 19:18:54
No problemo Woody pal.
17 May 2024 19:24:13
What Baz said plus Gordon Strachan turned into a pinball machine in injury time.
17 May 2024 19:40:02
What do we all think of the social media clips of Cry celebrating? Well after his no celebration claim with Piroe against Southampton on last game of season it seems all is not lost as he has been filmed smiling, cheering and chest slapping the Leeds badge. His attitude on Thursday night was exceptional, Iβve not seen him that animated before and his play was not selfish. He celebrated with Piroe and even hugged him after while walking round Elland Road, redemption maybe? π€·π€·π€π€π€π€.
17 May 2024 23:25:24
Good to see.
17 May 2024 13:34:57
Wagner gone.
Honest. Owners of crap football teams always sack the managers. When they control the spend.
But they were crap eh lol.
17 May 2024 13:30:43
Still enjoying a warm glow inside from last night! Most enjoyable watch of the season for me! Few things I particularly enjoyed!
The whole of Elland road singing to Ashley Barnes and then moments later he gets hooked π
Coops coming on, love him or loathe him, he's been an incredible ambassador for our club!
Amps giving up the armband straight away and high fiving his kids after the game!
Rutters performance! I think sometimes he's like a drunk octopus but still comes away with the ball!
Thought Roden set the tempo for the match early on! Great leader and warrior!
Don't think any fans sung about Wembley until we were 4-0 up!
Hoping the pitch at Wembley suits our players!
Come on Leeds MOT.
17 May 2024 14:06:50
Gotta be honest and I admit their goalie was crap. That cross from Gnonto the highlight. Ala Beckham. On a sixpence.
Lots of other positives as previously mentioned.
17 May 2024 16:33:34
If you watch Piroe, he points to where he wants the ball and Gnonto supplies with accuracy.
17 May 2024 17:46:34
Cross of the season surely? Absolutely beautiful.
17 May 2024 19:42:00
No better word Alf, Beautiful says it all ππ.
18 May 2024 02:36:03
We need to cross from deeper with more regularity. They cause problems. Defenders hate having to defend between the penalty spot and six yard box when they're running back towards their own goal, and it's a center forward's dream running onto chances in that area.
17 May 2024 12:50:06
Ok we are at wembley so who would you prefer to meet?
I'm thinking West Brom are weaker than Saints, but on last nights showing who cares, bring 'em on!
17 May 2024 13:23:36
Albion. They were lucky against us in both matches where as Saints for the most part outplayed us.
Plus I've got a couple of mates who are Baggies fans so will make for some interesting conversations!
17 May 2024 14:03:42
West Brom easy. They will bottle it on a one off. Saints wonβt.
17 May 2024 17:15:49
Can't get a hotel for cheaper than Β£500 a night next weekend. Man U fans down there same weekend so it's rammed. Should be fun that.
17 May 2024 12:30:24
Whilst we absolutely played them off the park and the final score flattered Norwich, sacking Wagner seems harsh. I would like to think that had we lost last night Farke would keep his job. I can't think think of one of our players that had a bad game and anyone who wasn't impressed by the crowd is void of emotion. Still in shock.
17 May 2024 12:11:46
Will our allocation sell out? How many do we get?
I could pop over for few days if I could get a ticket π€.
17 May 2024 13:07:05
Haven't published yet, but I reckon 30 to 35 k each, so again more chance of a golden wonka bar.
17 May 2024 13:48:22
Ok. Will save me $3000 but just feel like I want to be there. Feel like itβs going to be a night to remember. You lot are lucky. π.
17 May 2024 17:47:51
I think you're banned from the UK Aus.
17 May 2024 19:20:26
Cuppa βΊπ. it makes sense.
18 May 2024 07:26:24
Thatβs a distinct possibility Alf.
Might have to swim from Ostend to Southend on sea.
