Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba Mbacke Dieng, welcome to Leeds! Going to be expensive getting all that onto the back of a shirt, particularly if he's got a high number!

Africans Nations cup winner! Good luck fella!

Welcome to Nice maybe.

2.) 01 Sep 2022 18:51:31
possibly a bit premature Spanish!

3.) 01 Sep 2022 19:03:02
Nice of them.

Taking the biscuit George.

Like London buses, no posts for ages and then.

Carlos Corberan, name linked with the Huddersfield job. I'd like him to stay and be part of the premiership coaching team and category one academy team. Don't think a job with Huddersfield offers much for the cv and could easily be out of a job by Christmas. For me, he has been part of our success over The last few years and he deserves to be part of the premiership experience. Hope Bielsa wants him to stay.

Agreed Spanish. Just posted similar, with out catching up first! Doh!

2.) 20 Jul 2020 17:56:01
Spaniard Could not agree more. It's a downward backward move for CC at this juncture. Radz spoke about aiming for PL stability. Don't see how that's achieved by allowing CC to go. CC shouldn't be allowed to leave until after first season back in PL.

Well guys, I've just got a feeling that today is going to be such a good day that even Wex will be happy! Ok, well perhaps not that good but you never know!

French very tall goalkeeper in, Eddie on his way down the M1 and I think he is an excellent piece of business! Then the Italian Irish connection. Kent would really start to get the champagne opened but the one that might settle a few defensive nerves on here could be Cameron Vickers, perhaps, perhaps something that might have been mentioned during the Clarke negotiations.

If all of that happens, I think it's been an incredible window, first three and it's ok, kent would make it very good!

At least with the cut off at 5pm, we don't even need to think about going to bed!

Spanishleeds

1.) 08 Aug 2019 10:34:20
Well just read Phil Hay and he is saying Eddie and the French goalie and that’s the lot! He is very rarely wrong and doesn’t normally predict unless his sources are good. Let’s see!

2.) 08 Aug 2019 10:38:15
Spaniard Looks like CCV going elsewhere and according to Phil Hay we're only signing Eddie today and then we're done for the summer window.

3.) 08 Aug 2019 11:07:49
Disappointly think you’re spot on George

Looks like others have done or doing decent business

Scott Carson would have been useful and our “relationship” with Spurs and Poch seems non existent despite the hype.

4.) 08 Aug 2019 11:39:48
Suppose we shouldn’t be surprised

MB wants 18 players plus U23s as required

Roofe and BPF out, two in, job done.

5.) 08 Aug 2019 11:47:40
Scandalous window. Another two loans which will probably only cost a couple of million means that Radz and Orta finish up with around £20million profit while we get a bunch of loan players that may or may not work out for us.

6.) 08 Aug 2019 12:44:42
theres certain positions where it shouldn't be a case of we will wait and see how it goes alf, Basically the spine of the team, and here we are again with that very scenario about to be played out, kiko does be all over the place, and if he is dropped then we WILL be told this new young lad will take time to adjust to UK game, all the while points will be dropped . Fingers Crossed the lad hits the ground at a 1000 mph,

12 Jul 2019 08:04:05
So shaunessy and Pearce not featuring in the two games in any form . Assuming that means thank you and goodnight?

Spanishleeds

1.) 12 Jul 2019 11:44:04
Spaniard Nessy just isn't good enough. Pearce is but doesn't fit the Bielsa style. He's composed but a tad slow for the system. I'd sell Nessy if a fee can be obtained and loan out Pearce as he could be useful to us in the future.

12 Jul 2019 08:00:36
Ok next up for the gamblers and guessers! Who won't be on the plane to Australia! Sounds like bit of a fight going on with the commercial boys and reported that Bielsa wants to keep the new boys and late returners training hard and not making the trip, including a number from last night. That sounds like a good plan to me. Also assuming no Roberts and Ayling. Perhaps a good idea not to take any CBS as well! Not sure papa Hernandez needs a trip to Australia either. Wonder if there are any good CBS out there who could come back with us?

Spanishleeds

1.) 12 Jul 2019 11:09:00
Ausman and others over there may know better, but as far as I can tell there are no decent CBs playing for Western Sydney Wanderers (their best appears to be Dylan McGowan, who I would not pick ahead of Struijk) and not even any across the city at their more illustrious neighbours Sydney FC.

2.) 13 Jul 2019 03:28:23
Nobody here good enough.

Good article by Phil Hay today at least trying to see the reasons behind the relegation clauses as they were coupled in many cases with up to 60% wage reduction clauses. The aim being to reduce the wage bill significantly if relegation happened, and it has, and it has. Now Baz like, I think I've been making that point for several weeks! If you ask players to take a 60% wage cut, they might want to be sure they can leave and actually, you might want to make it easy for them to go!

Spanishleeds

1.) 15 Aug 2023 13:07:51
Such simplifying Span to try and swerve an appalling act of sabotage

In my eyes the blame is in the hands of the clown who thought it smart to insert a relegation clause which indemnified our club for substantial loss

You seem more interested in the wage bill reduction, than the loss to our club, it was absolute lunacy for this too happen
Victor's gone
The players are gone
The club is in a mess

No other Prem club in last 2 decades had had this much she-ite after being relegated

And it's all on our D. o. F, because he was TOP MAN, on ALL Football matters at club, he was the man saying

Only for me
Only for me

Ya he got that right alright

ONLY FOR FARKING HIM.

2.) 15 Aug 2023 14:00:43
At least the truth is out on the loan clauses - which, as I suspected, were not an Orta idea but rather part of the Club’s financial approach to potential relegation. It would seem they massively misread the likely sentiment in the dressing room, believing that with both a 50-60% wage cut and a possible loan get-out in their contracts, there’d be a good number of players who would suck up the paycut and stay at the Club to fight for the fans and their clause-less teammates rather than abandoning ship and clambering into the first liferaft that passed by, even one from a toxic ghost-ship like Everton.

3.) 15 Aug 2023 14:02:47
El Spagnole the whole thing stinks from start to finish

1) Firstly from the very beginning Radz and Orta should NOT have been even buying let alone (vastly ) . overpaying for mediocre players . Overpaid on BA, GR, DL, etc . that very few other teams would want and certainly not at the prices Leeds paid.

2) an R. clause should suffice not a Loan clause for a GOOD sought after player

3) These self fulfilling R loan clauses set the club up for FAILURE and RELEGATION . it made R extremely likely as it created

. zero team spirit with noone at all bothered if Leeds went down
because virtually every player was on a R loan clause so they knew they had an easy guaranteed get out of club.

4) The reduction in wages / R loan clause guarantee imo is an OMISSION OF GUILT that Orta and co knew ther had signed mediocre to garbage players, and overpaid on them and that no other club would want to buy them / or buy them for anywhere near the same fee Leeds had paid .

As far as I an aware very few if any other club has virtually their entire team on a R loan clause

Madness. all imo.

4.) 15 Aug 2023 14:08:44
. indeed Chris.100% spot on.

5.) 15 Aug 2023 14:23:25
It makes perfect sense financially. No disclosure on loan fees tho. Get the dross out, stop paying them, get a chunky loan fee, then apart from Koch, flog em! Quids in. There’s a guaranteed £80m either in Jan, or next summer.

6.) 15 Aug 2023 14:36:59
Basura,
1, agreed but easy to spot after the event!
2. No, not to an agent or player who wants to be pretty sure you can get out. when a wage reduction is a certainty on relegation.
3. Agreed team spirit not helped by the different treatment of players as well as many other reasons post Bielsa. Again, I posted that the Marsh era not working was likely to cause real problems for the club because so much had been staked on it! And I even bothered to go and shout at the man!

4 no admission of anything, just a strategy that didn’t work in stopping relegation but might work in creating a reasonable payroll for a championship club!

5 As you admit you're NOT AWARE! Agreed on that. Capital letters are fun! My nephew says on the internet it’s rude to SHOUT!

Phil is very critical of many things but at least is trying to understand and explain the strategy.

7.) 15 Aug 2023 14:38:06
But now time to use the transfer window and shore up what is a very thread hard squad with some quality players, starting with a forward.

8.) 15 Aug 2023 14:42:23
I will put my lot Roma won't buy Razzy

Roca debatable!

Also Spanish, the players who you said you wouldn't blame due to wage cuts for leaving . Who signed them?

Theirs no escaping it or him

Who signed them?

9.) 15 Aug 2023 14:43:47
Chunky Loan fees Bright?

You would think so BUT .

Athletic report that there is NO LOAN FEE for Jack Harrison

I suspect therefore that ALL the other loans (. except RK reported £500K) have NO loan fees

Madness . And numerous expletives .

10.) 15 Aug 2023 14:46:21
How much loan fee we get for Harrison bright.
Think we all need to admit it’s a **** up.
Think we all need to hope 40s can do better now they in control and quickly.

11.) 15 Aug 2023 14:57:05
80 mill Brighty heres hoping,

12.) 15 Aug 2023 15:23:20
End of the chaps will never the money back in our kitty what we payed for those RATS so we crack on to WBA if we forme a team I would enquire about pukie ha can still do business in championship.

13.) 15 Aug 2023 15:31:40
Chris, I think if you ask fans of teams like:

Derby, Bolton, Ipswich, Wednesday, Luton [though they are back], Oldam, Portsmouth, Sunderland, Wimbledon, Reading etc and they will say they have had [and still having] a pretty miserable time since being relegated. Coventry even lost their ground for 7 seasons. I think its a bit melodramatic to say we are suffering anything at the moment like these clubs; we have lost one game, and lost 7-8 players that everyone thought was $h1t3 anyway.

To be straight here, Leicester have had a bigger fall from grace than we have; they were EPL champions 7 seasons ago, were playing in Europe 2 seasons ago.

As for the loan scheme, well another way to look at it, what was the appeal of coming to Leeds, sitting in the relegation zone; perhaps this was the compromise needed to get them here in the first place. The gamble was not being relegated; it didn't pay off. We can all whine over spilt milk, but what's done is done.

14.) 15 Aug 2023 15:55:45
The point I feel we differ on teams you mentioned is relegation from Prem coupled with a complete capitulation of squad without any cash

It's a really bad hardship in itself being relegated, but Victor has crippled us with anther caveat the current owners could really do without

I understand that clubs can keep on falling but we have had lots of she-ite ourselves, and seem to always wallow around plughole

Why were Razzy --Roca --Baracus given clauses? , their really poor footballers, why has our club had to bail those lumps out? Who on earth felt that those men were worth such a risk?

Why because Victor knew best .

I know. many say, change the record now, but when it's still as relevant today as it was last May, how can you just not talk about it?

It's impacting out current squad -fixtures - future what that man thought was clever.

15.) 15 Aug 2023 15:56:38
El Spagnole Phil Hay looks more bewildered and baffled imo than having clarity ( on The Square Ball when discussing this issue )

He also has made some complete gaffes himself recently. re Aarons etc

So he is hardly the gospel at present ??.

16.) 15 Aug 2023 16:06:28
£80M you are having a giraffe ?. More like £25M tops.

17.) 15 Aug 2023 17:01:43
Bas funny thing is last Sunday Span dissed me by saying oh don't mind square ball lads they have an agenda and only want to sell things

Fast forward to Tuesday, and square ball regular Phil Hay is the man for all facts according to Span,

So try figure that 1 out?, ??.

18.) 15 Aug 2023 19:32:55
Chris ? that really is no surprise re El Spagnole.

19.) 15 Aug 2023 22:28:14
As per my earlier post Chris, Phil Hay’s latest info shows the loan clauses were not down to Orta, but rather part of the Club’s misguided financial provisions for relegation mitigation - counterbalancing the 50-60% wage provision within player contracts.

Your contention that it was clearly an Orta decision, because he was in charge of ALL THINGS on the ‘football’ side, is just plain wrong. Did you honestly believe our finance guys and Kinnear only took decisions on contract structures for staff on the ‘non-football’ side - which only accounts for a very small proportion of the Club’s wage bill?

14 Aug 2023 06:12:32
Let's not forget that with all this focus on revolting players and who's next out the door, we still have a squad of players wearing the shirt and proud to. Given the circumstances, the performance on Saturday wasn't that bad, given we were away, lost in extra time due to a stupid penalty and we hardly had enough players. We're calling on Archie, Poveda, Shacks etc and they are giving their all and everyone effectively calling for them to be replaced with glossy signings! Archie Gray has played 3 full 90 mins for the club and done pretty well. Poveda is hungry for an opportunity, Sam Byram has returned and made a difference. All the incomings are good solid additions.

Criticise the board past and present but let's recognise those who actually are our team and who we should be supporting and encouraging.

Spanishleeds

1.) 14 Aug 2023 07:34:06
Agree Spanish,
I lay no blame with the players who want to play. I’d rather Byram that Rasmus all day long.
Personally, I can forgive a player who tries but isn’t a world beater. What I can’t forgive is prima donnas who don’t try and disappear at the first sign of trouble.

I have more pride in the lads that played on Saturday than I did in the motley crew that got us relegated last year.

2.) 14 Aug 2023 07:36:13
Were you at game Span?

I wasn't but tuned into square ball directly after it, and each 1 of them said we were appalling and the game was diabolical, all the comments coming through from away support were all saying same

Now I find that very strange such.
polar opposite views in same game.

3.) 14 Aug 2023 07:47:44
Agreed Spanish, we all know we need signings BUT the lads on the pitch need the fans United behind them. It’s not their fault they find themselves involved in this mess.
We all back our team/ club because we are passionate, we love the club, it’s ours.
It’s probably hurting some of these lads as much as us.

4.) 14 Aug 2023 08:05:45
Agreed Spanish. The team was within a whisker of an away point and a clean sheet against a team with no love for LUFC. The penalty was clumsy - but I bet James was distraught. And at least he was tracking back - which isn’t something Gnonto does. Our focus needs to be on those lads.

5.) 14 Aug 2023 08:26:01
Their loyalty is admirable but 1 point against rubbish proves mostly that their ability is not sufficient.

6.) 14 Aug 2023 08:43:34
Agree slightly Spaniard but for most part disagree. There are now only a few decent players at this football club (hopefully Darlow and Cressy, seemingly Byram and a return to confidence Struick, definitely Ampadu, Gray and Summerville) . Remainder are high class League One operators or at best bottom 6 Championship caliber. Translates into a 16th finish for me without half dozen quality signings. Dan James might put in a shift but he's still awful.

This is the reason he puts in a shift. I get that Perkins and others have an application problem (toxicity induced) but they have technical ability which is more important in the professional game. Bottom line we have a bad team and a bad squad right now if we're seeking promotion to the EPL. Fans ought to take a reality check. Hard graft only takes you so far. Same for the Welsh speed donkey making wrong decisions persistently during games - he only takes you so far. Fans need to demand more, not settle for the well at least he tries. Soul of this club has been ripped out.

7.) 14 Aug 2023 08:52:04
That’s not the point Spanish is making, Aus.
The key point is that they are giving everything for the shirt, which is pretty much all that any Leeds fans asks for.
Hopefully, when cash gets splashed, we get better quality, but the same effort and heart.

8.) 14 Aug 2023 08:55:30
Amazingly what Aus said.

9.) 14 Aug 2023 09:18:23
Chris, wasn’t at the game but watched it live at a party in Spain and then all again in a dark room by myself, after the Chelsea game actually, a bit of a contrast! Didn’t think it was rubbish, defensive unit played pretty well with the new guy or guys to come, Poveda and James promised a lot, Shackleton finding a lot being asked of him in different positions. Geldhart, the weak link, small and a tough job against some giants, Ritter slightly better when he came on and almost scored immediately. I like the square ball but again they are salesmen selling themselves and a lot of merchandise! Even thought Messier distributed the ball better and really wished he’d done a bit more with his feet to stop the penalty and shut up baz for a mega second or as he would say, un mega segundo!

10.) 14 Aug 2023 09:20:34
Last year was.

11.) 14 Aug 2023 09:30:22
Brighty can we have enough of. the oh, he's giving it all lark, there being paid too

I would give it all also, however I would be 1st to admit, my all is not good enough

Do we persist with me because I CERTAINLY BLEED LEEDS,

12.) 14 Aug 2023 09:59:48
Chris, I don't think anyone is arguing it was a crap game; no one on here for sure; no one is arguing Leeds didn't play very well, but no one is saying the players weren't giving it all, which is the key point.

Note we all seek out the news and opinions that match our own; I personally listened at Eddie Gray and Tony Dorigo; they said the lads put a real shift in and should have got something from the game. I listened to the game and that was the feeling I was left with. My brother's best friend is a blue and he said the game was terrible, but felt Leeds were unlucky.

This site is becoming toxic [again] after a single defeat; we all no the miserable predicament the club is in; this is the time we should be closing ranks and supporting those who are trying their best, even with their limited abilities.

13.) 14 Aug 2023 10:37:35
Ani, note how the toxicity will be subdued when win games and we will win games unlike some seem to believe all is finished before it’s even started.
Drama queens.

14.) 14 Aug 2023 10:56:03
No OP, I certainly do not feel that way, I am just in total disbelief at what Victor has +is still doing that's my take

I am totally on board with Farke, and the calamity. he has been handed .

Span was feeling it was an ok game Ani, that's why I asked because all I heard over weekend was the game was dire

Op it's far beyond this forum that's feeling bitter from current goings on, so it's a bit disingenuous to feel it's just here feeling it.

15.) 14 Aug 2023 11:00:35
Again, (Martyn, where are you pal? ) bang on the schnozzle Ani!

13 Aug 2023 08:56:17
Same words guys, keep calm and patience!

Re the game, awful, from our part, understandable given the circumstances the squad is facing! Would have probably got a disapointing point but a point if it wasn't for a ridiculous challenge by Dan James.

I'm with Baz again, a worrying development, the bright light in all this is Farke! He is saying the right things and we have to assume he believes them. He's got a tough approach and he needs to be given time, resources and support to show he can turn it around! He's been honest, it's going to be difficult and it is. He is moulding the squad, and to a lesser extent the club where he can, in a way he wants things to be. Given everything, bloody tough.

Can't see the point of going on about the past, the present and future are what matters and all the energy from the club needs to go into that.

Good simple model, make clear what the project is, get rid of those around who don't want to be part of it, recruit more who do, close the window and move on! It's obviously going to be painful and it is, but it's the right thing to do. Let's get on board and give them a chance. Remember, that in the middle of all of this, 36,000 people to watch Shrewsbury on a weds night, that's why all the pain is worth it!

Spanishleeds

1.) 13 Aug 2023 09:06:10
Farke needs to actually earn praise from me.
40s need to actually make an effort and sign what we need for us and him.
No patience. Over it.
Just get it done.

2.) 13 Aug 2023 09:27:40
Sorry Spanish but this post reads like a press release from the football club.
Also please don't try and shut down debate on the forum among those whose views differ from yours, by insinuating we are are grumpy or miserable, because when we see our beloved club in this mess, we have every right to be grumpy and miserable

I do not wish to get in a debate with you on this matter and would now wish for us to move on, on good terms. I like reading yours and everyone else's point of view as it helps give a general overall picture of general opinion surrounding the club.

Lets hope we can turn the corner and look forward to better days a head.

3.) 13 Aug 2023 09:47:04
I remember when it was 36000 every week and more. It soon dropped to 21000 when the bottom fell out. The 49's have got to not only show ambition but convince players and their agents we are worth buying into. It doesn't seem there at the moment. Let's hope it changes before the bottom falls out.

4.) 13 Aug 2023 09:58:42
It’s just typical Leeds, we’ve been through it before and we’re going through it again.
What did anyone really expect?
I honestly don’t know what everyone is complaining about, this is normal!

5.) 13 Aug 2023 10:44:18
One day we will get off this merry go round, until then we just have to stay on the ride! . As bad as things are at present, have to believe change will happen. feels crap but we will have our good times.

6.) 13 Aug 2023 13:58:13
Well 1970, the fact is, it isn’t a press release from the club, it’s an opinion from someone who has been a Leeds fan all their life and even though it’s ludicrously difficult and expensive for me, is a season ticket holder now, while I live in Spain!

Respect is a two way street, if posters on here want to throw around terms like rose tinted views and liken posts to club press releases or imply I’m related to Orta or Radz, then don’t cry when somone responds and fights back. Banter like respect is two way! If you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen!

27 Jul 2023 22:22:42
Hopefully tonight's performance will have calmed a few nerves! A bit of a different proposition from Man United and Monaco! Thought we might look a lot better! Poveda and and Bryam look to be making the most of their opportunity, Klich like! A few more additions, a fit Harrison and Adams and we might have a bit of a team building!

Spanishleeds

1.) 27 Jul 2023 23:55:30
Darlow to be announced tomorrow or Saturday.

13 Jul 2023 10:10:03
I enjoyed watching the game yesterday. Felt a bit like the friendlies immediately after Bielsas arrival. Good to see the mixture of players from the youth team, returning from loan or injury. Nice to feel that everyone has a chance and see who can take it. Pluses were Sini, Joseph, Gray, Bate, Poveda, Rutter and James. The pace of James could be really lethal in this division. I can understand the frustrations, but we do have a lot of players good enough for this division. I think what we can achieve this year might will depend if and when we can bring in the identified new players. I would hope for play off positions at the start of the new year and then take it from there.

Spanishleeds

1.) 13 Jul 2023 12:55:00
I agree on most of the above named (would add that Mullen looked solid) but must disagree with James the ONLY weapon he has is pace so you have to put him on the wing sitting level with the last man then play long diagonals into the corner. The only question there is, if he gets to it, can he cross it?
Let's not forget that he was nowhere near a success the last time he played for us.

2.) 13 Jul 2023 13:42:42
Elspagnole . but what about your favourite Mr Struick who you believe in . another bad game from him.

3.) 13 Jul 2023 13:51:40
Fair points, both the young CBS had a good go. And again right about James just needs to do something with that pace. Sometimes just his chasing down was good because he was there so quick. Him and Sini on the two wings could be quite scary!

4.) 13 Jul 2023 15:30:21
As daft as it sounds, the only two players in our team who can cross a ball to any degree are Ayling and Greenwood and they are both very average at it. Harrison manages it about 1:4 attempts. Raph could do it, but for all our wide players, we are pretty poor at it.

Last night, I don't think we got one reasonable cross in, even inside the penalty area, we can never seem to make that pass.

Our dead ball in the top third is hardly better; how many goals do we score from corners or direct free-kicks.

I despair when I watch the pre-match warm up and they go through the same routines week-in week-out; we only hit the target in warm-up [without any pressure] 20% of the time!

We are pretty and pretty good getting to the final third, but we are poor in all facets when there; James illustrated our / his shortcoming numerous times last night.

I agree we could be scary, but we're not at the moment.

5.) 13 Jul 2023 16:04:06
Baz, Have to agree on Pascal! Certainly didn’t take yesterdays opportunity! He perhaps should have scored from one corner and had another chance later both of which seemed planned corners! Think he is Championship standard but has to show it!

6.) 13 Jul 2023 18:08:58
Greenwood doesn't even look like a Championship player to me. If he gets selected, I hope he proves me wrong.

7.) 13 Jul 2023 19:18:17
LUFCfeath . Greenwood keeps being played in central midfield. its nonsense . he is a number 8 or 9 . play him further up field or sell him.

8.) 14 Jul 2023 08:56:07
On that one, I agree Baz, 100%.

Not sure any outs at the moment are a bad thing, new coaching team, new league, clear what the challenge will be, if you don’t fancy it, better to go now! Assuming Farke is looking at the players and making it clear to them who he really wants to keep, if they don’t want to stay after that, so long, farewell etc etc!

What does pushing mean and who said! However who wouldn’t say yes to an offer to play in the worlds best league and for more money, not much pushing required for most people! If premier league clubs want them then can’t see them having to push at all! Can’t see any of that list pushing to go to another club in the championship!

I think things are coming to a head in Italy and Sampdoria needs help urgently to avoid sanctions and points reductions. I don’t see what’s wrong with him sorting out his next football interest particularly if it helps clarify what’s going on with Leeds. Not impossible to have interests in both clubs though is it? The owner of Brentford has a club in Denmark as well no?

If it’s true I like a short term contract, very focused job that changes in the summer. Good luck to him, get working tomorrow!

Interesting views but I think we’re getting a bit carried away with the effect of the gang of three coaches! If there is a “you’re someone new and not the old American effect”it won’t last for ever if there isn’t more substance behind it.

Also not sure they even really want the job or it will be good for them! Smacks of desperation to me as the clamour for a new appointment grows.

Shouldn’t be in this position, very poor leadership over the last few months. Massive decision in the days ahead!

Basura,
1, agreed but easy to spot after the event!

Good post Brighty, Baz, I love Pablo but I think you wear the rose tinted glasses when he assess his contribution! A team effort and I’ve seen lots of nights where Pablo’s magic didn’t come off! He went to a Spanish third division side and couldn’t set them alight by the time he left! And Baz, you have a view on Radz and Orta that has never changed, others are allowed an opinion as well!

My experience of life is most things are never as black or white as those on the extremes like to paint them! Where I agree with Auz is that at the moment it suits the new board to distance themselves from the decisions of the old board as much as they can. Easier to let them take the blame for any decision made however wide the consultation and however strong their influence might have been!

I’ve shed three tears for players who have left so far, 1 for Rodrigo, 1 for Adam and 1 for Jack! All three at least showed some fight, aggression and passion for the club at least at times!

Baz, I think he promised an “ aggressive window”, did anyone tie him down as to the identity of the aggressor or aggressors ?I think most of us feel it’s been a very aggressive window.

And for me not just what he has done but what he says and how he conducts himself. A strong principled leader from all we can see .
