Seems like rumors strong on BJ (bijol) from udinese, has anyone seen him play?
Spurs new boss may scupper Soloman deal now, be a miss.
I still think Mavididi be decent, pace and runs at defenses.
Pity about having to wait till July but seems to be the case, just hate been late.
Imo i think i'd try for mcatee from city, think he'd be better than beundia/ hamer? but Leverkusen looking at him now and may be wrapped up next week.
Guess 69ers have it all in hand and be influx in early July.
1.) 15 Jun 2025 22:40:51
Good in the air in both boxes. awareness and reading of game excellent.
19 May 2025 10:58:21
What thoughts on Rico Henry from ?, only 27y/ o and now only sub appearances for them.
1.) 19 May 2025 11:41:30
Not for me he has a big injury record other than that I haven't seen him play.
2.) 19 May 2025 13:44:02
So you’ve seen him played injured bri but not fit?
3.) 19 May 2025 14:59:04
Lol yeah that's right Aus should check before I post.
28 Jun 2021 00:52:21
The Leeds board don't like to do things fast. No resolution to the long running alioski saga, let him just go already, we need better LB option than him.
They even taking forever signing 2 big assets that have been at the club for 3 years in Harrison/ beilsa, get it done.
Hoping lots of behind scenes work going on and then the 3-4 players we need signed up fast.
1.) 28 Jun 2021 07:02:20
The window isn’t even open yet mate and Gianni is only just back from euros, patience!
2.) 28 Jun 2021 09:49:14
They quoted all transfers would like to be done before end of June so they get a full pre season.
3.) 28 Jun 2021 11:23:11
Lufc 4, window been open since 9th June, 3 weeks already but should be patient.
Thought they’d have sorted beilsa contract and Harrison buy as no brainers.
4.) 28 Jun 2021 11:33:55
Harrison done for 1st of July, also, a YEP reporter has stated that no signings will be made by the start of pre season.

Conceding a few recently and think break is needed, hope can get a few back into squad.
Was Pablo dropped from squad because of his attitude last game when taken off?
Not many positives today, big one is we are in the premiership and that is amazing, 2nd is bamford finishing improving and the offside tough to take, pointing where he wanted pass.
Negatives, keeper getting beat at near post, costa and Dallas poor.
Also feel struik not a DMF, he was pedestrian today, sorry berm but you are wrong, we much better with Phillips and I think u know it. Is he the best defensive MF, no, but better with than without or until we find a better one, should have kept veira, big mistake. Let's hope Phillips back after break and be good to see Lorente play alongside of Koch.
1.) 09 Nov 2020 22:30:23
Meltdown How can the sale of RV be a mistake when we 1. Achieved promotion without him. 2. His absence helped see the rise of KP. 3. He's reportedly available for transfer again at only a 30% increase in price than the amount we sold him for. I like RV as a player but remarking his sale was a mistake just factually incorrect.
2.) 14 Nov 2020 06:51:24
we needed the money at the time and had we not sold we would have had to sell other players and who knows what impact that would have had on the team that went up. Same with Kemar by all accounts.
15 Feb 2020 07:41:04
Every game now going to feel tense, can't afford slip ups now.
Tough one for brom against Forrest, do we want brom to win and keep teams below at bay or can we still catch them for first.
My feeling is Forrest to beat them but we have to win next 2 at home.
Bristol invested well in window, unlike us!
They have some decent players, eliason, diedhiou, wells and have won 5 out of last 6
Going to plump for 2-0, bamford and klich.

Just watched game again, what performance, first half were fantastic and could easily have been 0-4.
All the lads great, but thought Amps and Tanaka were awesome and controlled MF.
Got a bit tense last 15 min, but Darrow made a couple of crucial saves and DCL in the right position to clear off line twice.
Also have to mention Gaby, fantastic player and just glides forward, one of my picks for player of season.
Let’s go for it against Wolves at home, and if can win, think we’ll be safe.
1.) 15 Apr 2026 23:59:33
Agree, Melb. It was a great performance, and Gabby is the standout player of the season for me. He is unpredictable with the ball.
2.) 16 Apr 2026 07:16:00
His crossing is excellent, and he can beat a man. He just needs to stay switched on defensively, a tad more, as he was caught out of position again for the ugly South Americans goal. Defo in the mix for the top player award tho!
05 Apr 2026 17:53:48
How do I get on approved list to live post.

Pity for home nation teams but good that DJ will get 2 games to help his fitness, it’s a strange one with him, he was fantastic in champ but even under the great Bielsa in Prem he was poor, love his pace but needs better end product.
Do we sell in summer or probably a squad player for me?
I have a feeling we’ll get Harry Wilson (if we survive) , I’d love him and I’d also try get Haugue from Bodo glint for left/10
If we survive, which players out of other 3 below would u take?
Spurs- Van de Ven, Maddison
Forest- Macatee, Gibbs, Wood
Spam- Aerole GK, Bowen, Summerville.
1.) 27 Mar 2026 23:08:07
Reportedly Barcelona have their eyes on Van de Venn, so that's unlikely. From Spuds, Maddison once fit and Archie Gray, of course. At Forest, I like Gibbs White and Neco Williams, and at Spam, Summerville, Bowen and Traore. We won't get any of them, of course, and I don't share your optimism for us getting Harry Wilson either.
Come the summer transfer window, we'll be linked with all sorts of fanciful targets, none of which will come to anything. Instead, we'll spend weeks trying to land a deal that everyone can see isn't going to happen (think De Ketelaere, Gakpo, Paixao or Muniz) , then end up scrambling to land our 4th or 5th choice target at the last minute.
2.) 27 Mar 2026 23:56:03
Spot on, Jr., and another year struggling.
3.) 28 Mar 2026 02:08:20
What JR said.
4.) 28 Mar 2026 08:09:25
What nobody said.
5.) 28 Mar 2026 08:51:50
And happy Saturday to all!
Bloody hell.
6.) 28 Mar 2026 10:15:30
Noone OP, really?
Yeah, cuz of course, fellas, the endless CDK, Paixao Muniz, Gakpo (and several others) transfer sagas are just figments of fans imagination fgs.
7.) 28 Mar 2026 11:00:18
If you remember Baz which I believe you conveniently I imagine can't, we were out bid by several of our targets. Sunderland with their PSR friendly millions and Paixao who wanted CL football with Marseille.
It's easy to condemn the club with leaving the detail out the reasons why.
Anyways, fans like you are never happy, even when we are winning you'll find something to drag down all to do with the club currently.
8.) 28 Mar 2026 11:44:17
Nah OP, . I did not refer at all in my post to any of Sunderland's signings (2 midfielders etc) .
I referred specifically to the endless transfer window long sagas of forward players CDK, Paixao, Muniz, Gakpo, which the LUFC hierarchy and everyone else knew was never gonna happen, and then, conveniently for them, not signing another forward instead.
Quite why you placate literally everything the club's hierarchy does (good and bad) , is one of life's mysteries.
9.) 28 Mar 2026 12:57:32
Another of life's mysteries is why you incessantly moan about everything, bang on and on about the same stuff, hark back to the past so much, utilise hindsight as though it's genius, and haven't changed one bit despite 3 bans.
You've been back the thick end of what? 10 days ( ish, at a guess) , and it's sadly as tho' you never left. I'm bored of it already.
10.) 28 Mar 2026 13:59:16
Nah, Bright, I am positive about many things; but this season and 21/22 and 22/23 seasons have been dire, difficult relegation battles, which could have been avoided.
Sure, as a proud Revie-ite, I look back on occasions to that golden era with fondness, but I certainly don't "bang on about it".
11.) 28 Mar 2026 14:11:40
You can Pistol packin' Peter Ridsdale to that sad list of previous owners who gambled with our club and lost and ultimately sent the club to what seemed like an eternity of oblivion.
That's something to moan about!
12.) 28 Mar 2026 14:18:13
Peter Ridsdale OP? That's your banging on about it, pet subject, not mine.
13.) 28 Mar 2026 13:58:06
I'm reasonably happy with what our current owners are creating at our club.
Rewind a little in our clubs history, Papa Smurf, GFH, Celino were reasons to be unhappy. But no not you, you only see rubbish in everything Leeds United today.
Your unrealistic unreasonable so called standards that date back to over half a century ago is so backward and out of touch with today's football it really does make you look in polite terms, very silly.
14.) 28 Mar 2026 14:30:41
There was a post prior to that which this one was meant to follow.
15.) 28 Mar 2026 14:43:29
"Rubbish in everything Leeds United today." ..not at all, fella.
.. Go easy with the ridiculous hyperbole.
You (and Bright) have your opinion, OP, and I have mine.
That is all.
16.) 28 Mar 2026 14:48:11
Baz, these are examples of previous owners in our more recent history where you could rightly wave a banner of discontent.
Ridsdale is a prime example, and I dare you, or anyone on this Leeds forum, to say they would not swap that Champions League semi final for mid-table mediocrity in the Premiership for 16 years!
17.) 28 Mar 2026 19:14:23
Personally, I love having Baz back. He definitely makes this thing more interesting!
Ok, sometimes he can be a little moany, and his standards a little high, but I believe he's a good guy who wants the best for Leeds.
If you really dislike him and his posts, well, don't engage.
18.) 28 Mar 2026 20:10:19
I'm not against him being back personally, but I will argue to kingdom come about his constant moaning of our club. That goes to you, other miserable lot, as well.
19.) 28 Mar 2026 21:46:02
The thing is Corkey, if you want to engage in the site, you have to engage with baz...
{Ed033's Note - If you go to the My Profile page, you scroll down and put Bazooka_Viduka4 in the Ignore poster textbox and click submit button. If Bazooka_Viduka4 stays in the textbox, you won't see his posts on the main pages on here.
20.) 29 Mar 2026 08:31:37
You have a point, Brighty.
21.) 29 Mar 2026 08:58:23
I would do that Ed, but for me personally I think Baz is one of those classic wind up merchants that you sometimes get on football forums.
The problem is some are influenced by his baloney, I just feel it's enjoyable and necessary to put him back in his non informative little box where he belongs.
22.) 29 Mar 2026 09:11:33
Ed, if i follow that route, I'd miss the context of the thread that everyone is having to respond to him on. I can probably guess what he's put anyway (?) but will I not just be reading half the story? i.e. "but that's where you're wrong, baz."
20 Mar 2026 22:23:55
Excited and nervous for Brentford game, really need a win and put pressure on teams below before they KO.
If we can get the 3 points, then hope Burnley get spam lose, then not sure about Forest/Spurs, guess a draw or Spurs win.
1.) 21 Mar 2026 09:04:06
As far as I'm concerned, we only need to focus on us winning as many football matches as possible between now and the end of the season.
I'm pretty sure that's Daniel Farke's message to all of his players.
We are in control of our destiny.
2.) 21 Mar 2026 10:14:54
Not sure what the message was, though, for the home match vs Sunderland.
As that was a huge missed golden opportunity to get much closer to 40 points and safety.
Time to be much braver in the remaining 8 EPL Cup finals.
3.) 21 Mar 2026 11:12:36
Sunderland got very lucky amid some very dodgy refereeing. Everyone should know that.
4.) 21 Mar 2026 11:40:51
Sunderland were, and have been, in woeful form prior to and after that Leeds United match. A far more attacking intent and attacking line up from Farke would have very, very likely seen us home with 3 points.
Sorry, but just 4 shots on target and no big chances at home to an under strength, woefully out of form Sunderland is, and was, simply not good enough!
OP. Leeds needed to be much, much braver to win that match!
5.) 21 Mar 2026 11:51:45
They were a team that came with a 0-0 draw intent to play a heavy low block.
Sunderland had a temporary lack of form due to them not having Granit Xhaka, who was out injured.
He was back for the game against us; therefore, they were very organized and a lot tighter in defense and midfield.
Did you watch the game, Baz, or did you get your report from your favorite Leeds Utd content creator?
6.) 21 Mar 2026 12:18:16
OP, Sunderland had Xhaka on as sub in 2nd half, yes; we never really looked like scoring in 1st half either.
And, if Farke again repeats that uber defensive line up, intent and performance in our remaining home games, Leeds will be in massive peril of the drop!
7.) 21 Mar 2026 12:45:27
If we play that game again another 10 times with the same line up and tactics, we win every game in my opinion.
We are not a defensive minded team, nor have we been all this season, especially at Elland Rd.
The notion that we are playing so is ridiculous.
8.) 21 Mar 2026 12:57:42
10 times eh.. really OP? Oh dear.
Anyways, hoping for a more attacking line up performance and vital 3 points tonight.
MOT.
9.) 21 Mar 2026 13:33:08
Should we win tonight, it will be so predictable, the comments from fans like yourself, with, ah, at last Farke playing attacking football again.
Really?
Who needs Farke when we've got such football intelligence from someone like you, Baz.
10.) 21 Mar 2026 14:04:56
Seemingly, Baz is under observation for being argumentative and getting personal with posters who don't agree with him.
Well.....
11.) 21 Mar 2026 14:04:58
Two up top from the start and a win. A vital game tonight, which a victory will do wonders for confidence and put a bit of pressure on those playing tomorrow. Heavens forbid a defeat, and we will be in the mire. I think and hope we will do it.
12.) 21 Mar 2026 15:27:24
We're going to win, Feath - feeling in my water!
13.) 21 Mar 2026 15:56:14
You're right, Baz. Sunderland were poor; they came to park the bus and hope for a lucky break, and got what they wanted. As we all know, goals change games, and if we'd been given the clear pen for the foul on Struijk by O'Nien, and scored from it, things might have panned out differently.
But we struggled, as we usually do, against teams who play like that. Let's hope Brentford come to play football, then we've got a chance.
14.) 21 Mar 2026 16:57:26
Chris and JR indeed. ?
15.) 21 Mar 2026 17:43:08
Just banter and discussion about football, there's no rule on here that says I can't counter others' opinions on here.
Definitely not argumentative, and I have no idea where the personal part is mentioned, wherever that might be.
A little over-sensitive perhaps, or an agenda?
16.) 22 Mar 2026 08:12:32
Those were not the reasons he was banned 3 times, Chris.
01 Mar 2026 05:01:53
Didn't expect to win this game but we did have chances in first part, DCL has to score it, poor miss
Poor ref again, a stamp that didn't get looked at, handball, seen them given this season
We have come along nicely since last city game and think team are doing fantastic and feel we will stay up, be nice if can and improve squad further.
Thought cherki was very good, finds great space and makes things tick, wish we had that player, not since Pablo and siaz, also rutter a little bit too, don't think BUONATTE is fitting in as that role.
Bring on Sunderland, if we can keep playing as we are, we should beat them.
1.) 01 Mar 2026 07:09:17
Def need to beat Sunderland. ?

I hear, hope we’re proven wrong.
01 Oct 2025 23:18:38
because i think he’s better than struijk who’s not the greatest defender, tall but misses a lot of headed clearances.
